ingsway Curry – Where the Butter Chicken is Worth a Sprint Home

If you’re craving a butter chicken so divine it makes you forget your troubles (and occasionally your wallet), Kingsway Curry is the destination. The sauce? A creamy, flavorful dream. The chicken? Tender perfection. And the naan? Simply out-of-this-world.

Even before I arrived, during my reservation over the phone, the owner reminded me to bring cash since his card machine was down. I confidently took his advice, only to realize at the table that my wallet was missing in action—cue a dramatic, guilt-ridden sprint home and back! The best part? The owner’s trust and kindness in the midst of this hilarious mishap.

We had been to these premises before when it was the was the Bukkhara . We stopped going as the food and service wasn't as good as it used to be.

We saw the name change to Kingsway Curries and heard there was a new owner, chef and manager so we thought we would give it a go.

We have now been three times and to date they have not disappointed us,..... and we are fussy!

Each time we went the food has always been nice and fresh and the service excellent.

If you like fish, try their whole Barramundi to share! Its is amazing and full of lovely...

What a lovely experience ! Came with my parents and nieces for dinner tonight and couldn’t be happier. Was welcomed by two friendly waitress staff who were so accomodating and professional. The chefs made an amazing meal, every flavour on point. We have tried Indian all over Sydney, yet the local one we haven’t thought about trying in the last 15 years of living in the Sutherland shire happened to be our favourite by far now.
