The place is nice and pleasant, with a cozy atmosphere. The coffee was good and The menu offers a variety of dishes, including some Spanish-style options like empanadas and Spanish tortilla. I liked it, but I’m not sure if I would go back because the portions are too small for the price. For example, a portion of Spanish tortilla costs 25 AUD—it was tasty, but the size didn’t justify the price. The patatas bravas cost 12 AUD, but they come in a small bowl, almost kid-sized. As for the empanadas, they come in beef, chicken, or vegetable options and cost 12 AUD each—which is way too expensive. For that price, they should at...

La Bomba is a delightful Spanish café nestled in the heart of Potts Point. With its inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food, this small café is perfect for a leisurely weekend brunch or satisfying weekday lunch. The outdoor seating area along picturesque Challis Avenue enhances the dining experience, making it a local favorite.

Visiting La Bomba is a memorable culinary journey, thanks to the attentive service, intriguing menu, and cozy atmosphere. If you're in Potts Point and crave an authentic Spanish café experience, don't miss out on this enchanting spot. It's sure to have you coming...

Bomba is a great cafe in Potts Point that has high quality food with well thought through ingredients. It is nice to sit outside on a sunny day to enjoy a meal and coffee while watching locals out and about. My favorite item is the bacon and eggs roll which is served on a soft brioche bun and a slice of cheese. Service is friendly, but I do notice there seems to be a high turnover of staff as there is someone new every month it seems. One negative is that the prices are quite high, especially for a coffee. For a regular size takeaway long black, I was charged $4.95 which seems to be quite steep for a...

Multiple tables, including ours, were seated for over 2 hours with intermittent, apathetic service, on Valentine’s Day no less! - 30 minutes for the waiter to take our drinks order. - 45 minutes for a small plate of olives and half a dozen oysters. - A further 20 minute wait for ceviche tostadas (which were served on a sourdough bread!). - Finally, approaching the 2 hour mark, another waiter then told us our order of patatas bravas wouldn’t be coming as the kitchen had ran out of potatoes! Certainly lived up to its name, unfortunately just not in a good way.
