Despite being a regular at this branch the staff do not have any idea of how to process transactions. When trying to exchange notes for coins, instructed to use the ATM outside the branch, walk back in and wait until they are ready. Exchanging $10.00 for $1.00 coins, laundry, am charged a transaction fee equivalent to 25% of transaction, ie $2.50. Rationale, am actually getting the teller to do the work , annual salary of CBA teller is approx $45000.00 per year plus bonus, when explaining that ATM do not distribute coins. Easier to use ATM and walk across road to ANZ bank and NOT get charged. Such stupid logic . Staff are cold...

But with all your explanations due to high security you still cannot help me to set up a miserable pin number. Guess what? I went to another brunch and they did it. You are USELESS...& will no longer use your services...Posts ponts...
