Being a long-time customer, my family and I have consistently enjoyed your falooda. Unfortunately, our experience today was disheartening due to the attitude of the serving lady. Throughout the interaction, she displayed a lack of manners and was extremely rude.

Despite living 40km away, distance has never been a deterrent for us to visit iJuice for our favorite falooda. Until today, our visits had always been pleasant. We have encountered no issues in the past when requesting adjustments to ice cream flavors, and just last week, another staff member seamlessly accommodated our request.

However, today's experience was different. When I requested a similar adjustment, the serving lady mentioned that the particular flavor was intended for another customer. She offered to provide the desired flavor at an extra cost of $3, but only if we bought it as a single scoop on top of a large falooda, which seemed illogical. She was not only ill-mannered but also left me feeling rushed, as she did not take the time to listen to my order.

I literally used to love this place, it has the best falooda of all time. However, their staff attitude is horribly disgusting and disturbing. I used to eat here all the time but for the last year, workers at the register have the rudest attitude where they will roll their eyes at you when something goes wrong and it's their freaking fault. I live 5 hrs away from Sydney and decided to give another chance to this place but I horribly regret it. I was saying my order when the worker ran straight away to make my first item without letting me finish. I love this place very much, Ive been coming here for years. But recently the were new staff and they were very annoying. I mean annoying as, they were incompetent and super rude. I ordered a rainbow ice cream 2 orange juices and 2 corn soup. When I ordered the ice cream they didn't give it to me straight away, like they’re meant to and they didn't out plastic wrap on the juices, so we had to hold it upright while driving home to not let it spill, also we had to remind them of the chicken soup and orange juice.
