Le Wrap — Restaurant in Sydney

First of all, I was the only customer and the staffs already saw me, there were like 4 or 5 of them and I waited a long time to be serve, 2 staff were playing with their phone and good knows what the manager is doing.

Anyways I ordered chicken avocado with extra chicken (because their serving is like baby serving for the price and that's why I ordered extra chicken ) and peri peri sauce. I looked at my receipt and I saw that it only says classic chicken and peri peri sauce. I told the lady in the front 3 times what I wanted. She put thru the avocado and onion and I paid extra 3 dollors, when I got my food it does not have the extra chicken that i ordered. I told the staff that took my order and she was pretty clueless. I told her 3x what I wanted and still she didn't know what I was talking about. Her excuse was because I had a mask on and that she did not understand. This is a pandemic!! And u are required to wear a mask in a shopping centre!! That's not an excuse. I use to come here all the time when I lived in bankstown but this place has gone down the drain with poor management and stupid staff. How do u get an order wrong 4x??? And i am the only customer??If I could give -5 star i would. Avoid this place there are better places to eat in the food court. The staff are rude and the way they handle the food is very unhygienic, thank God I didn't eat their food as I might of gotten food poisoning.

We went there around 3:55 pm and took out time to order . Specifically for my mum it took a bit as she cannot speak English and we need to tell her about the food . When we went to the counter at 4:01 pm the girl said ( ethnicity: Indian , skinny), they are not taking any order . I was surprised and requested her to take the order politely but she is stuck and did not give a damn about it. They we left and have kabab from the nearest kabab shop.

Later I checked online and it showed that le wrap closing time is 5pm . So I was shocked .

From 4:35 to 4:50 pm: I was surprised to see that there are still two team members inside the store. One team member cleaning the store ( stove , floor, everything) . Another team member was back of the kitchen , chilling with her phone and AirPods around. Guess which team member is it: the one who refused to take our order and closed the kitchen at 4:00 pm even though it was supposed to close it 5:00 pm( 15-20 minute (I have the pictures, which I will send to Le wrap management separately)

Le wrap management, if you care about le wrap you must take strict action. Not for taking my order but not to cooperate with work and letting other team members to...

I believe i was their first customer of the day, nobody ordered after me. I was served by a younger girl on 10/11/23 (yesterday) asked for their plant based wrap, she asked me if i’d like pork or chicken, being naive I assumed they had plant based meat alternatives, i asked for the pork, when she asked what sauce i’d like, I informed her I was vegan and couldn’t have milk or egg. They did not have any plant based faux meat, and I would have hoped she was educated/alert enough to pick up on the fact that she’s served a vegan meat and didn’t follow up on one of the sauces i’d chosen to ensure it was vegan. In checking their website after leaving, the wrap has egg! prior though, I was sceptical on the sauce and spoke to a slightly older lady and asked if I could have that changed, she was very kind and helpful. I left in a hurry and didn’t get the opportunity to have my order corrected and was very disappointed and hope the younger girl is more informed, direct and investigative in the future. I would ensure someone else’s dietary requirements are fulfilled, you never know what allergies...
