Ogalo Bankstown — Restaurant in Sydney

I love Ogalo, every ogalo but this one. First time I ate here I felt terrible after a couple hours, brushing it off thinking maybe it was something else I ate. Yesterday I got a hot ogalo meal, all seemed okay, nothing special, then I get home and feel terrible again. I can say that it was the ogalo because it was the only thing I ate until then. After reading the rest of the reviews I get it now. Useless staff and kitchen that takes no pride in there work. Now I’m stuck in bed and cannot tolerate nothing in my stomach. Also maybe hire some Portuguese people, seeing as it’s a Portuguese food chain, I’m sure they will take much more pride in there work then the young girl that served with not even a smirk on her face....

This establishment has significant potential, and with more effort, their wraps and burgers could be quite delicious.

To improve and boost their overall ratings, I suggest they focus on the following two areas:

Customer service: The staff often appear disinterested and unconcerned about customer service. For example, on 21/07, the woman who served me seemed to have an indifferent attitude. Properly cooking the chicken: I have frequently encountered undercooked chicken, and given feedback. On 21/07, however, the chicken was well-cooked.

Really really really bad service I order here through menu log to feed my employees on saturdays and every single time we have issues . Missing or incorrect food always. I then have to return the money to my employees who havent received their meals even thou i have been charged for them! Apart from being told by an employee at ogalo they will resend the same meal at another date does not do much to help considering we do shift work the same employees are not working every other week! Im sick and tired of being out of pocket because you cant get orders right! I used to love ogalo now i hate it and will be passing my feedback on to head...
