Absolutely terrible customer service. The closing staff on May 10 were unwelcoming and condescending. After entering the restaurant, the male worker says "We are only doing takeaway", to which we said "That is fine, we will just eat on the seats outside". Instead of acknowledging us, he instead looks at us perplexed, looks at the staff, laughs and just points to the menu instead of handing it to us when he is literally in hands reach of it. He then walks away and disregards us. Why does he not just hand the menu to us? Once ordering, the blonde cashier with glasses is with two workers and while ordering, they are chatting and laughing instead of attentively listening while I am trying to place my order. After we order, we go to sit outside, and we can see the same male worker from before hand a customer who was also sitting outside a dine-in bowl. This is strange as they literally said 2 minutes ago that they are only doing takeaway? I go to grab the food, and the worker says "We are closed". I am trying to grab my order, why is there no communication on this? Once we grab the food, they do not give any cutlery, even though we said we will eat it outside. They are all in a rush to get out as soon as possible because it was closing, and made it seem like we were inconveniencing them by ordering this late. I understand that it might not be the best time to order right before you guys close, so why even give us that option to takeaway if you are going to be annoyed by it? Just let us know that you guys are closing and cannot take anymore orders and that's that. Instead, they give this attitude that we are inconveniencing them. We have eaten at all the other restaurants in that vicinity, and not once has any other restaurant acted like this. All the reviews regarding the poor customer service seem to be justified. The food was great but just extremely terrible/uncomfortable customer service experience. Did not feel...

3.8 - General Score Tried the Duck Noodle Soup (Viet style) - not too bad.. Overall, Beef Pho is good, Crispy Chicken Vermicelli but Spring Rolls are Over-Fried and look like they're blistered! Sometimes Kitchencrew are very loud and rowdy when only 1 or 2 tables there but in general, considerate enough to Customers during peak hours. Very popular and they're used to sending out food to the outer areas as they don't have enough seating inside.

Previous 3.4 - (Down from 4.1) Not sure what was with the service today as they didn't want to give me my plate of Bean sprouts and herbs for some reason? I found it really odd - I paid for my meal of Combination Pho ($17) and was seated at a table. When I asked for it, they plopped down a very deflated stale plate of ingredients, whereas other tables got a generous amount! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Soup temperature should be improved on (still only tepid)

** Previously... Liked the Broth (It's a tad gamey bit mix in some lemon juice and it comes out good), and the Pho was nice ($14.50). However, I didn't like how oily and hard the spring rolls were ($7.50). I had different expectations than what arrived. I had referred to a photo that had a more intricate netting and flakier texture, but that's not what I received. Still good though - nice spot to sit, and they have lovely fruit...

Rude and disgusting female staff. Terrible service and small food portions.

The restaurant was not busy and had only two people eating when I came in. One customer was sitting outside and the other was sitting close to the window.

I asked if I could sit in the vacant seat close to their logo. The male staff said it was fine. I received my food and ate it, until a couple entered the restaurant and gave me an accusing look and made a rude sound and gesture towards me. A female staff came out of the cooking area, glared at me an accused me of being rude and taking their seat. I told her I was told I can sit there and have been for a while. She gave me a disgusted look, grabbed my pho and chucked it on another table. She smirked and then yelled something in Vietnamese to their kitchen staff, who laughed. She then brushed me off, acted all nice to the couple and let them sit where I sat.

I made a complaint, but the staff at the counter didn't do anything. Total dead-eyed, blank faces. The male staff looked guilty. I feel sorry for him and hope he finds a better job/ work environment asap.

I'll eat at Miss Saigon in West Ryde or in other western suburbs. Their portions are greater and the staff don't treat you like animals or insult you in their language...

I visit this place time to time and I am happy with the food. However this store doesn't seem to care about the customers enough. Last time, when I scan my card for payment, it wasn't right spot at first and the staff raised her voice being sharp tempered. Why should I pay for this kind of temper? Customers pay not only for the food, but for the service. Today because there was no space inside, I had to sit at one of the food court tables. They said they would bring everything together. I ordered a soup noodle and I did not get any sauce for that. I asked a passing by staff for the sauces and he said he can't bring them. What kind of service it was? Once they get the payment for the food, then don't they need to care for the customer's needs? If they send the food by delivery, they would include the sauces. My table was only a few steps apart and they come around so often to deliver or clear away empty dishes. Should I get the sauces by myself carrying the bowl back to the store with my heavy bag, or leave the table leaving the food and my bag to ask back about the sauces? I think they forgot where they started the business. I hope they remember that the customers pay for the service as well.

The service is good and friendly. The food: We tried their seafood Laksa, since it’s very rare to have Laksa in Vietnamese restaurant. The taste is not good enough, it’s bland. If they can give stronger spices and creamier, it will be nicer. They gave generous amount for the seafood and the rice noodles. Unfortunately, I ordered bbq pork on the side for the laksa, but they put it together with our other order (bbq pork with broken rice). And then suddenly the other waiter came and give another bbq pork, and took it back so made us confused. Bbq Pork with Broken Rice: in the photo you will see 2 slices but originally you will only get 1 slices. The bbq pork tastes good, just the portion of the pork is a little too small. Fried Squid salt and chilly is the winner. We love this one. The taste is very delicious. So overall, if you want to try this, I recommend you to try the bbq pork and you can add extra pork if you want. Also the fried squid is a must.
