As I was ordering the lady said ‘we are closing in 10 minutes’. That was it, so I had to ask why she was telling me that, did that mean we couldn’t have a coffee? It just meant it had to be in takeaway cups, which is fine but just say that otherwise I didn’t know why she was telling me. Both coffees that were purchased were very weak and tasted like cheap instant coffee. We couldn’t drink them so I politely told the lady that and asked if it was a double shot and questioning why it was so weak. She shrugged, didn’t know why it was so weak, said yes it was a double shot. No apology or caring customer service was forthcoming. With bad coffee and no decent customer service, I won’t be...

Very rude service, I told them I had a nut allergy which they didn’t seem to understand which already made me feel uncomfortable even though I was just asking for a sandwich

I understand they close at 3 but they cleared the chairs from our table whilst we were still eating and hovered over us at the table staring at us, until we awkwardly got up even though we were clearly just about to finish our food in like another minute. If they close at 3 then they should stop service before then and not serve customers so that they have time to pack up and can leave on time. Very awkward experience with extremely rude customer service - and I would not recommend this cafe...

Received my bacon and egg roll and the egg whites were runny so I politely mentioned this to staff. He ignored me and called to someone in the back to come up. He eventually came to me after serving 3 people first as I stood there holding my raw egg. The guy took it away and said they’d make another one. Still hadn’t received an apology and waited. When I got it back, the egg yolk was practically dust. So over cooked with a side distain because I complained. From the server to the staff, the service and attitude was terrible. Coffee was good but I won’t be giving them any more...
