Three Beans Dee Why — Restaurant in Sydney

Just want to mention first that coffee itself is fine. However, the lady (i i think the owner) is extremely rude and makes you leave with the feeling that you’ve disturbed her very much in the ambience of her own home. So, so sorry.

The cartoon pockets they use instead of normal cups are terrible. How are you expect to put extra hot latte in it?

So, these wasn’t on a display when I ordered (they had regular take away cups presented), but when I mentioned that the lady should have informed about it, so I would go to another coffee shop. She said “what’s wrong with these ones and I don’t have lids”. Basically giving a message “shut up and take it”.

When I expressed my disappointment of the service and that I probably do not wish to come back, she said “well that’s fine whatever”.

Just lovely and warm customer service 🤯

So, gonna go to drink barely warm coffee (when ordered extra hot) from “French fries...

I am a regular customer with Three Beans for 5 years, I used got my coffee from North Sydney, Chatswood, Rhodes, Roselands. First time got my coffee from here, very disappointed coffee and very disappointed service. Coffee wasn’t right, weak weird tastes Can’t tell service because I get charged 8 dollars for 1 coffee. No apologies, no sorry from the team. I ask for the refund for the extra 1 coffee been charged, they were not happy. I still have not received my refund after 4 days but the lady with the glasses told me she already did that. Apparently she did not, you can keep that 4 dollar I don’t really mind. But you guys really need to work on your service and you coffee, this Three Beans Deewhy is faraway behind other...

Owner/Manager is blatantly discrimate towards mothers with baby's.

Came home today and my emotionally upset wife told me the story of how her, and our newborn, aswell as her friends and newborns visited today.

Upon sitting down and looking forward to their lunch, they were told by the owner/manager that it "wasn't the right place for them to be doing this" Not exactly sure what his exact meaning was? I thought it was 2022?

Regardless, all the girls took it as disgusting discrimation and left for another cafe. It is very sad to see. Cafe's like this really don't deserve to operate.

We have advised all the other mum's to report the incident to Anti-Discrimination NSW and will be speaking with our solictors for...
