We celebrated our parents’ 25th wedding anniversary at Maharajas Lakeside and the team there did not fail to deliver! Sunny was so accommodative to adhere to our requirements, the event was grand, unforgettable and so affordable!

The Manager Pinky that co-ordinated the event was awesome, including all the staff and the chef was amazing. They made this event move seamlessly, making it so memorable with no glitches.

I will always consider this restaurant to either dine in or to host another event. Thank you very much Sunny for allowing us to celebrate at your restaurant and catering to our every need.

This classy restaurant with beautiful natural lighting and lakeside view has left the best impression! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert variety. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

The service we received was amazing, we instantly felt welcomed and were given a great experience. From the food to the atmosphere, Maharajas has thought of everything to create the best dining experience. The staff are alert and great at their jobs, it is extremely evident that making customers happy is their number 1 priority. Food is pretty good and for the cost they charge, 100% worth it!

Do yourself a favour and visit this lovely restaurant in Baulkham Hills. Highly recommend! Even with Covid distancing requirements, we were able to accommodate all our near and dear ones for our special occasion.

TL DR, worst food, worst service

Reserved a banquet for a friend's birthday party (12 people).Our reservation time was 8:30. The person on phone told us to come early at 8:15. Upon reaching we were made to wait 45 minutes. Finally got a table at 9:15, first thing the waitress told us was "we close kitchen at 9:45" , as if it was our fault that they didn't give us table. After that they said they don't know anything about our banquet booking. After talking with them they agreed to serve us banquet. After that this scenarios kept unfolding one by one. Did not give us glasses for 15 minutes for our BYO drink. The glasses were litrally in front of us in a showcase. Told us that one of the platters from banquet menu was out of stock. Waited a lot for food, waitresses were clearly busy in the reserved room as there was a big party inside. At the start, got 2 jugs of water for 12 ppl and no one ever refilled them until the end, when we had to ask for it. Even though food was supposed to be unlimited, they kept giving us only 2 servings of each dish between 12 ppl and every time we asked for more, it took forever. We were still eating and waitress asked to finalize desert.

Not gonna list everything, as everything went wrong. I am not a person who gives negative reviews ever. But this was so so so bad. Worst thing was no one literally looked after us at all. Owner should check the CCTV of 14th december 9:15 pm onwards, if It looks like I am exaggerating.

The food wasn't good at all. If you ever had good Indian food, you would rate this place very basic, like the everyday...
