Mase Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

I went for a breakfast with friend. The coffee is excellent, however the overall food experience was pretty average. I ordered Acai bowl and it is very subpar quality. Despite of so cheap berries these days to my surprise there was no topping of blue berry and strawberry. There was more of a banana dessert experience with banana blended açai taste and on top one full banana as topping. The kiwi topping was next to none. I was disappointed with the quality and quantity. Then I also ordered Omelette with three choices additions as Sujuk, spinach and mushrooms. While the omelette was fluffy and well presented look wide however the fillings were again subpar. The mushrooms seemed canned and not the freshly sautéed the ruined the experience. The spinach filling was also very tiny. The bread served with omelette as ask not sourdough. I spent $50 and the overall experience was not good. I don't often post a review and I'm a hard task master, being in the industry, but I have to say food was good - great flavours. Coffee spot on and I find it hard to get a good long black anywhere. Service is nice. Decor is a bit confusing and cold. Prices are mostly OK. A few items are priced incongruously but I just won't order those items.Chicken wings are yummy, Wrap is good, Burgers are messy to eat. I really wanted a second coffee but, as this is self serve, I couldn't be bothered having to get up to order and pay again. I will never post a bad review and for five stars everything has to be outstanding, but four stars from me is high praise. Definitely going back here. Thanks for a lovely...

The perfect stop for a Middle Eastern brunch in the heart of Merrylands, with an intriguing menu to satisfy all tastes, & a casual dining experience. The coffee here is brewed so smoothly, so that’s automatically the star of the show, guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Poached eggs were super tasty & cooked to perfection, so lovely with the flavours of the shakshuka. The Lebanese sausages here are SO soft & full of flavour, don’t pass up on these little bites of heaven, accompanied so nice with the lightly cooked scrambled eggs.
