Since it's my local restaurant, I needed to order in person because everytime I used the delivery service, I received my orders short. Either a burger đ was missing or french fries or some nuggets. So this time I decided to go in person. I went in and it wasn't crowded for a Sunday lunchtime. As you enter you are met with computer screens in your face screening the front counter as if they are telling you to order ONLINE!. Trust me I would've done it if you got my orders correctly for more than three times. So you manoeuvre your way around the huge computer screens, and you get to the deserted counters... deserted from service staff, from menu signs, from other signs that tell where to order and where to wait for your order... this is important for someone who hasn't been ordering in person for a long time.. So I choose a place to wait and wait.. and wait.. while I see staff busy packing orders and the supervisor talking with her staff, ignoring the customers waiting... not even acknowledging their wait or anything like a "someone will be with you shortly" or something along those lines... but nothing..
I finally get someone to do the order for me... where is the receipt to help me check my waiting number? No receipt. I said we'll okay, the person served me will remember my number... I know it was a far shot but I had hopes... no, do not expect customers to remember their numbers... I did remember, but the person serving didn't and called out the wrong number for my order... and there was confusion with the person waiting for the order which was wrongly being called out...
You get your order, you sit at the table and start eating, then you want to wipe your hands from the oozing burger sauce... where are the napkins? ... don't they have some here at all? Ohh you have to get up with your hands and mouth dirty from sauce and ask for napkins... not a nice sight... yep they've forgotten to include it in our order...
You finish eating your meal and you want to use the bathroom... what a disgusting sight... just despicable...
All in all, this place has all the signs that make you have an unpleasant experience... not online nor in person. It is really...

Or stale fries and nuggets despite requesting fresh. And if you call or go back, the attitude from staff is so amazing that I question myself âwhy the hell did you come to this storeâ. For the sake of getting wrong order we switched to other halal McDonalds, even though they are further away from us. And even tonight, we just wanted to take it home and eat. But big mistake. I had to come back because my order was wrong and missing burgers. Then they wanted replace only the missing burger despite we brought everything back 2 burger had missing ingredients though we paid extra, plus missing burgers. She had the nerve to tell me to calm down for asking her if she was as joking. Did she think Iâd eat fries by it self, my daughter will eat her burger and the rest of us will drink coke and eat fries with our so called fresh burger. I loved it when I told the manager I just spoke to you regarding my order being wrong. She had no idea what I was talking about, until she found the team member who pretended to be her on the phone. And even the replacement order, had stale meat, cold bun. Although I made sure twice she knew it was steamed bun. I even asked a young boy packing to remind them itâs steam while I watched them no steam it.
As she handed some of our order and told me to wait another minute for a 2 more burgers. I opened the burgers and asked how come Itâs not steamed ? And why is it cold if it was steamed.
So finally she brought the manager out, her response was âwhatâs wrong?!â I asked her to feel the burgers and then tell me why itâs not fresh and steamed ? She put her finger on it but didnât answer. I just asked her for a refund. No apologies, no attempt to fix the situation, no management role in it and what sos ever. She rolled eyes with annoyance as she walked off, she told the girl pretending to be the manager to refund. I got a refund. She put the money on the counter, didnât even say here you money or anything. Just put the money on the counter...

Cashier always left unattended workers would look at you and pretending they havent notice you. White brunette girl has small attention span literally walking around doesnt know what her doing, asked her respectfully and nicely if i could have the grilled chicken fresh, just responded with âyepâ and moved on without communicating with the back house. I knew she didnt care at all so I checked on her again if she communicated with her team. Just responded with âyepâ when I got my order I received a dried grilled chicken salad instead of grilled chicken wrap clearly says on my docket order she read it and pretended that they ran out of tortilla wrap so I asked her why didnt you let me know theres no wrap rather than deciding what to serve. I had to speak to the manager as people were lining up waiting to be served and waiting for their order 4 of us complained as weve been waiting for our order for half an hour but all of us got our order wrong. No supervision at all managers were out of the picture so had to speak to their manager, in the end got a folded wrap and wasnt even right supposed to be caesar wrap but got aioli so i didnt bother wasting my time again and just moved on. Completely lies to their customer, unskilled teenagers with no life skills, communication skills, and attitude completely treats their workplace like theyre in a classroom. Bunch of untrained, spoiled brats, no values in life, no manners bunch of potatoes, parents completely failed them. Other hijabi girl responds to customers with attitude you can clearly see how theyre raised by their failure parents.
The only kid who has the right attitude no matter how bad the situation is the Asian girl in a shift leader uniform, completely responds in a respectful manners, smiles and apologises no matter how upset the customers are. You can tell this kid was raised in a decent home with good values in life.
Keep it up kiddo...
