Weird management policy.
I ordered 2 x meals separately via the app.
I went to the counter to pick up my meals but was informed by the staff that their system only shows one meal.
I thought no problem, I will show them the order history from their app on my phone. They still refused to honour what I had purchased.
Again, I thought no problem. I will show them my bank statement from my phone which proves two transactions being deducted by McDonald's for the 2 meals ordered.
Upon seeing this, the manager still refuses to serve the 2 meals which was ordered and paid for via the app.
A scene was developing where I argued that McDonald's has deducted money for 2 meals and therefore I am entitled to be served 2 meals.
The manager's only solution was for me to wait 2 to 3 days to verify if both pending transactions does go through and to contact head office and ask for a refund.
The manager kept insisting that there was nothing they could do even though it was obvious that they could just serve the food that was paid for.
It's possible that the manager is correct in that the app didn't send their store both orders but my bank account did get charged for both meals. It's definitely not the customer's fault if their system has this bug.
Also, the dining area was filthy the whole time I was there. I had to clear the table myself before we could eat. No tables were cleared by staff while we were there.
Atrocious customer service and poorly managed store. Now I have to deal with their customer service to make sure I don't get charged for a meal that was not served.

I ordered a coffee which was alright [very surprising] and they ordered an oreo mcflurry and hot chocolate and chicken nuggets which in the end didn't come [not surprised] My sister Izzy was very dissapointed as it was time for her pimples to be fed. Another retarded person in the car was Juliette because she didn't ask for a receipt after she placed the order. After she placed the order i saw the person who served us do a little smirk at us because we didn't want the receipt. Now we are all very vulnerable to be scammed and maybe even poisoned by the Mcdonalds workers. They all seemed to be a similar kind of nationality. Eventually we drove off with our food soon realizing that we were missing our six pack of chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. I knew it! I have been ripped off by this place many times but this as my mother would say "Illegal" Overall food quality isn't that bad, Workers ARE bad, Always ask for a receipt even if you are ordering the smallest thing ever. You can prove those criminals wrong then they will feel disgusted and guilty like you want...

When advised self serve machine wasnt printing reciepts and we didnt know our order numbers she just shrugged her shoulders and 5 minutes later kept yelling out the numbers for the orders and no customers knew their order numbers. No one done anything to solve the issue just kept talking and having their usual laugh
Not fresh at all. 1st bite noticed the sausage patty was cold, must of been just sitting there in the tray for a hour before they used it. Hot cakes all 3 stacked were stuck to eachother and cold and dry also.
