Today, 22/10/24 ordered via app at 4:49pm. The girl who made Mc ferry was very rude, the portion just gave only half cup then we sent back to manager, instead gave new one she put soft serve on top with unhappy face. I asked how crunchy Oreo as she put on top and she replied do you want Oreo more, so I said yes. She took it with very unhappy face and said to me so if I need more Oreo I should pay! How rude? So I said you should do proper and give me proper portion, why gave me just half cup! No sorry or apology from manager and the girl but instead give me an unhappy look without care! We also waiting the rest of the order, my husband waiting since we placed order 4:49pm in front of counter to pick up. Our number is 144 but he did not get his order and they skip called other order until 165… 166, he thought they might busy until he saw other women asking her order then my husband come to ask as well. Food was ready to pick up but The manager himself rejected to admit he did not call order number 144, when I go back to ask him. He insist he called 5 times! But my husband standing in front of the counter. My husband said how he said he called 5 times then he put order away as no one pick up. Unbelievable! No apology, give bad look when asking order and not accept the mistake, try to win by saying it’s not his fault how he could say sorry or admit. I asked his name and told him I want to fly the complaint, then he tried to explain but at the beginning he reject to explain when I ask him at the first place. To be honest, we understand if you forget or busy ONLY ONE THING THAT UNACCEPTABLE, YOU PUT YOUR BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD LOOK TO THE CUSTOMER!! How hard to say sorry?!! Due to local restrictions, reviews are becoming extremely difficult due to changes in operation, however, this means a positive experience is hard to come by, and now more than ever, a good review, to find the places willing to go above and beyond, is all the more important
This McDonald's is doing well despite lockdowns, they allow some people to run in unmasked to collect or make an order and are keeping the environment friendly and clean
Some staff ask for a check in proof at the collection counter, but mostly they are just looking after us as they did pre-2019
Food quality is high, although coffee is sometimes a hit and miss, this being said (I drink coffee here often due to the great customer service) they are always happy to fix it, and have a chat to you while they prepare your drink.
