Kennedy Reid - Recruitment Agency — Local services in Sydney

I have had THE most unimpressive, unprofessional, waste of time experience with Kennedy Reid. First i was invited to an interview with a man i wont name as he was excellent (which i attended and was given great feedback) Then a week later i had a phone call from a woman named Laura inviting me to register and come in for an interview, i explained i have just done this the week prior. (Lack of communication or whatever...people make mistakes so i let this one slide). Laura then proceeded to call me 5 to 6 times in the one day on 2 seperate days with useless information, REcovering questions we had previously discussed. This was annoying to say the least. Then came an interview for a client, for some reason Kennedy reid insisted on a pre interview brief on the day of the interview to go over questions they might ask me (questions i had already been sent in an email with ''answer suggestions or tips". As my interview was at 1pm i was not expecting my pre interview breif to be at 8am on a monday morning. After researching the company for an hour online i was told i didnt know enough by the "account manager at Kennedy reid" named Bronte and we would move the call to 12pm. Im sorry but im not getting up at 6am to spend 2 hours searching an insurance company. So 12pm comes and after another hour of research and finding nothing new i had been on 2 busses and a train by this point an hours journey I explained to Bronte i dont know what else you want me to know to be told its maybe the way i delivered the information. Then we went through the questions i had already prepped for (due to being sent them by email the day prior). At this point it is 35 minutes before my interview i was 10 minutes away 20 bucks later on travel expenses to be told "dont bother going they absolutely will not consider you with 4 months left of your visa as it is a 6 month contract" now this information was known to Kennedy reid from DAY 1 the very first day i went for my interview they done a visa and background check. So they were well and truly aware of the expiration of my visa. This inconvenience was then blamed on the very first staff member i met for my interview (the only one i actually assumed knew what he was doing) they claimed that he had left the company and somehow in his leaving there was a mix up. The very same person i have been told has left the company is still advertising job roles on indeed ect under his name so i have either been lied to and he is still a part of the comany and 2 other staff members did not want to own up to their mistake or the whole process is full of dodgy people advertising via themselves once they have left the company. Either way i wouldnt advise anyone of this companys existance other than to avoid. Complete waste of time, money and energy.

After reading other reviews i have just confirmed Bronte and Laura both have both been mentioned as poor quality and have no idea how to conduct themselves, organise or speak...
