golly me. that monique!!! she thinks she’s all that and keeps trying to ban me even though i havent done anything wrong. she refuses to tell my why she bans me so i called security and security told me i’m not banned anymore so i assumed i wasnt. i went once again and she keeps being super rude and telling me i’m banned which i do not understand. when i ask her why in banned she ignores me and refuses to give me a reason. absolutely horrible i am a loyal customer and i come buy from maccas every other day. this is despicable and disgusting. i will DIE without macdonalds. i have done nothing wrong, she won’t tell me what i did. wrong and she hasn’t given me anything offical to tell me why or that i’m banned. i assume that this is discrimination as both me and my friend she attempting to ban are autistic level 2 this is HORRRIBLE...

I ordered an ice cream with a flake order 197, I saw people who ordered meals with higher numbers getting served so I waited at the counter looking at the screen with my order being the longest waiting. I ordered a 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins specifically because me and my fiance can't eat bacon, I received bacon in my mcmuffin, and the wrong coffee. But not after I was made to wait 15 minutes at 11 o'clock on a Wednesday night. I'm happy to provide my order numbers to franchise management to review this.
