McDonald's Westfield Miranda — Restaurant in Sydney

It was a humid afternoon in the suburb of Miranda when I was on my way home. I had forgotten my drink bottle and there was no bubbler in sight. My last resort was to go to McDonalds to ask for a small water to prevent me from being parched and dehydrated. As I approached the counter, eager to express my need for h2o I was faced with the news... Miranda McDonalds does not offer free small waters. As they rudely told me there was no chance of me getting free water from them my heart shattered and my mouth felt even drier than before. I demand that this situation is dealt with so that me and countless of other parched desperate men, women and children do not have to suffer the way I did on that fateful afternoon. Please provide me with an explanation as to why this...

I wanted to use $100 note to buy lunch for my family at Miranda Westfield McDonald today. The cashier girl handed the note to the store manager who then used all her effort to tear the $100 note into two parts and told me the note was fake. I was totally shocked. I thought I might be caught in a TV show, but her serious face told me she did it deliberately. I didn't argue with her much because there were other customers waiting behind. I knew I can replace it at bank anyway. I was just surprised how McDonald train their staff to identify "fake" $100 note -- if you can tear it into two parts, it is fake. How ridiculous it is!!! Anyway, I will never ever spend a dollar at Miranda Westfield McDonald at all....

My son was totally scammed by the Miranda staff. He paid $20 for a mincraft meal. He didn’t receive the toy and then was accused publicly of trying to scam them after they literally scammed him. They also didn’t provide the supposed special sauce that’s part of the meal which they also didn’t provide after his complaint. I think that the professionalism of the managers at the Miranda McDonald’s need to be reviewed by someone who know’s what they are doing because they are a bunch of clowns. Buyer beware.
