I am one of the most regular and loyal customer of this location, as it offers me halal option, so in short(how bad is the customer service, i have to end up here). This is not to defame some business, but I want this place to be big time hit, higer management should put some serious training sessions on customer service in place with regular monitoring. On average every visit I come, on driveway when I reach console: No hi, no hello, no greetings, the reply comes from microphone" what was it, then you place 1st item, again voice comes is that all drive through, then they do same for every item to be ordered. Go to payment window, no confirming the order neither price neither talk they just raise pos towards you to pay, payment done, no thank u, they will close the window drive through, next food collection window, no hi, no bye, no thank you, no confirming order, just they give you the bag and close the window, it's mostly girls more rude compared to boys(not trying to be sexist), literally, I don't know whats wrong with Gen Z no smile, no greet no talk, rude as hell like literally dealing with robots. Read morecame here at 4am this morning to grab a coffee before work. i waited at the drive through and there was no service. i thought they were closed, i checked online and saw they were open. i drove to the next window and saw a guy working in there he didn’t notice me. my car is also very loud so i’m sure they could hear it as it was dead silent at 4am this morning. i then drove to the next window i saw a customer waiting at the counter. i was waiting outside he was at the counter, we both waited quite a while until a female who seemed like the manager finally served him. she also then clearly looked at me and clearly saw i was there and did nothing about it. as i was late for work at this point i drove back around the drive thru ordering point, as i knew she clearly saw me and can clearly hear my car so maybe i can get my order taken. once again no response, i’m calling out and nothing. so then i drive thru again, stopping shortly at each window as i really wanted my coffee however i was too late at this point for work so had to leave.
this manager who was working at 4am on the 27th January really needs a review. if i was the franchisee of this mcdonald’s i would not allow this to happen. it was 4am in the morning i have no idea what they were doing as there was no one there except the one customer...

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to—not just once, but every single time I’ve come here. The workers have the worst attitude, zero respect, and absolutely no care for customers. My wife is pregnant, and all she needed was a little bit of ice. They flat out refused. On top of that, the staff were screaming at each other like they didn’t care if customers were around.
The service is disgusting. If you ask for something as simple as napkins, a straw, or sauce—which are supposed to be free—they tell you no. The food was thrown together carelessly, packed in boxes and just shoved into a bag without care. It’s like they deliberately go out of their way to make the experience miserable.
This isn’t just bad service, this is disrespectful. Management and corporate need to do something about this location, because it’s beyond unacceptable. If this is my “local” McDonald’s, I’d rather drive further just to avoid the embarrassment of ever eating here again.
This location has officially earned the title of the number one WORST McDonald’s I have ever experienced.
