My recent dining experience at Rashays Restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. We were recommended to have a convenient meal there so went with my mates fam too.

Entry was good, restaurant was slightly busy, greeted by one of the ladies, shown way to table.

We had a tiny tot with us, who was extremely hungry and we were trying to get kids fav (chicken burger) but to our surprise in kids section, Chicken burger wasn't even there and they had cheese burger only. We checked with order taker if she can do something and serve kid first a chicken burger,she said it can't be done in kids menu. Hence we scanned the menu and ordered chicken burger from the mains. (Could have been amazing if the order taker would have suggested that but being compassionate is rare)

We kept the tempo going and order more food and some Moscato as well.

Food came at good temperature and most dishes had generous servings of chips.

Chicken Burger : Really tasty patty and burger bun was nicely buttered, recommended

Seafood Platter : dissapointed as the portion control was very high and that could have been fine unless it is not over cooked. There is a difference between deep frying of food and deep frying of seafood and some Chefs need to know this. Saving grace in there was the dipping sauce, derivative of mayo but spot on., Avoid if you can

Quesadilla : Very tasty and just the right crispy level which it should have., Recommended

Ribs : Dissapointed, being a big time ribs eater, this made me wonder, if it's just the quality or what, portion control is heavy but have had better and somehow the ribs felt short on expectations but the meal can't be just filled with chips when you think about Ribs.avoid if you can

Pasta : Nice and easy and delicious, recommended.

Peri Peri Wings : Can't go wrong with them and they lived upto the expectations, recommended 💯%

Overall, good experience but have had my roller coaster ride with them.

Hopefully Management can notice the underlined points and work on the same, will be good for them not just on revenue but also on customer satisfaction and more chances will be there to get new customers...

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Rashays recently, and I feel compelled to share it in this review. I initially tried to place my order through the app, but encountered technical difficulties, so I decided to go to the restaurant and order in person.

Upon arrival, I approached the manager to discuss the ongoing issue with the app, and to my surprise, she acknowledged that other customers had faced the same problem. It was disheartening to learn that this issue had persisted for months, despite being previously reported.

Moving on, I proceeded to order two customized peri peri pizzas with pineapple, feta, and chili as add-ons, along with two kids meals that included drinks and ice cream.

I was informed that the order would take approximately 15 minutes, so I patiently waited on the side. However, after 35 minutes passed without any updates, I approached the counter to inquire about the status of my order.

To my dismay, I discovered that the food had been ready inside the kitchen for 20 minutes, yet nobody had bothered to bring it out or inform me. No apologies were offered, nor was there an offer to redo the order or even reheat the food that had grown cold while I waited in the chilly winter weather.

Reluctant to make a scene, I collected my order silently and left. However, upon reaching home, I found that the pizzas were cold, with a thick, doughy, and unappetizing crust that was difficult to chew. Additionally, the feta I had paid for as an add-on was missing entirely.

To make matters worse, the drinks and ice cream that were supposed to accompany the kids' meals were nowhere to be found.

Overall, my experience at Rashays was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, the cold and unenjoyable food, and the missing items from my order left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving their service and customer...
