Mirchi — Restaurant in Sydney

To the owner(Mirchi) @Mirchi I just wanted to share some feedback from my recent takeaway order. I did encounter an unfortunate issue. While enjoying the dumplings (10 pieces in a takeaway box), I found a hair attached to one of the dumplings at the bottom of the box. Since the dumplings are stacked, it wasn’t visible right away. I completely understand that the shop gets busy and that this was likely a rare incident, but I wanted to bring it to your attention.

Extremely disappointed with my Veg chowmein for takeaway. There were no vegetables in the Chowmein except onions despite me asking the staff. It was also flavourless as the chowmein was made mild instead of spicy. I used to get Chowmein from this place before and they would capsicum peas onions cabbage loaded but today was another level disappointment. Service was excellent with a smile and the order came out quick. It is in a well kept upscale shopping centre food court so it also has a nice vibe for...

Never again! I ordered a Jumbo meal, which is rice with 3 choice of curries. Usually I eat in, but had to order take away as I was in rush. The guy (probably the owner?) started putting all three curries together on top of the rice. When I asked nicely could you please put the curries in another container, his response was "the containers cost 1.90 each" . Fair enough, you may have saved yourself some cost, but you lost a regular customer for your arrogance and poor customer service. Never again...
