Mr India — Restaurant in Sydney

Got the Lago burger - bit of constructive feedback.

Short story - needs more attention to detail, would not return.

Long story -

Chicken quality on the burger was high. Hot and juicy.

Pieces of chicken were very small and stacked on top of each other making more than half the burger without chicken. Suggest paying more attention to detail on “construction”.

Bread was also slightly stale meaning it fell apart as I ate.

Price says $5.90, got charged $7.90 - I suspect that’s because I got two small pieces of chicken, not one.

Customer service wasn’t great - older aged Indian woman wasn’t very friendly and I seemed to be an inconvenience to her when I ordered - perhaps she’d had a long day.

Tables were sticky to touch and should be cleaned a little more often.

Ordered via Uber Eats. it arrived suspiciously quickly, then i realised by looking up the restaurant on Street View that it was because this is one of those places that has the curries sitting in a takeaway-ready bucket likely for hours and hours. They shouldn't be charging restaurant prices for this type of food it is misleading. Pretty underwhelming and will be complaining via Uber Eats as paid way too much for this watery tasteless vindaloo. I probably wouldn't have cared if I'd paid under $10 for a takeaway in a hurry but I paid almost $30 for this slop. I literally threw it most of it in the bin so as to avoid possible food poisoning - that's how much faith I had in this meal. I'm angry because this is a blatant rip off of Uber Eats customers. I have eaten Indian food everywhere!!!! This is the only place left in nsw that’s worth buying!!!!! I love the owners beautiful husband and wife that work dam hard!!! And long hours. I have been coming here since I was 13 yrs old now Iam 40. Is grew up in the shire and now I live a little far away but whenever I go to the shire to visit family I never leave without buying food from Mr India. I’ve seen a few bad reviews here and can’t believe my eyes.
