Worst customer service ever manager rude and needs training. I get mistakes happen but no need to be rude when called on it. I had been getting there dinner every night for past 2 weeks went tonight staff seemed rushed to close. When asked for lots and salt and pepper mix gentleman poured wrong one which was just loads of pepper and then tried to scrap off with thumb. Asked for small amount onion proceeds to put on a hand full and when asked to at least remove the onion skin says that's just how is. Advised will speak to manager that's when a young lady speaks up that's me (who seriously needs to work her customer service and attitude) not only treated me like my complaint was not warranted but could not care less. Anyone running a business or hiring these 2 people should really supply some customer service training extremely rude and arrogant. Read moreI eat at Subway a lot, no matter what city or neighbourhood I happen to be in. This particular Subway has the most poorly trained employees of any Subway I've ever seen. I've lived in LA, New York, Boston, Sydney, and London; and when I was 16 I myself was a sandwich artist at my local Subway. I've been to this location about 10 times in the last month, and I kept going back thinking it couldn't possibly get worse, but oh it does. Getting orders completely wrong, making a mess of the sandwich, dumping ranch dressing on instead of mayonnaise, toasting when I specified not to, making a steak & cheese sandwich cold - not even microwaved! And on and on.
On the plus side, this is a lovely store and it's clean and well kept. The staff are really friendly and they do clearly work hard as well, they're just really inadequately trained, which frankly I see as management being lazy and cheating them. What could be more miserable or stressful than being under-trained in a job that's relentlessly busy? Shameful effort...
Read moreAbsouletly appalled at the guy manager that was working. He was yelling at a staff member who was training. The poor kid and i mean kid was just trying his best. Nothing was done wrong. He snapped at the kid and said dont wrap the sandwhich he would do and to just leave it. He then yelled at him for overheating a bit of meat. His reason being was the size of it was too small due to him heating it for too long when it was his another co-worker who heated it. He then yelled at the worker and told him he would be paying for the meal if it happened again. He then told the next co-worker to get 2 choclate chip cookies for my order she proceeded to do so and place them in a bag as normal.
