My Little Cupcake — Restaurant in Sydney

Horrible customer service , rude and unethical. I wonder how they are in business. We ordered medium cupcakes and were told they will be baked the same day. At the time of delivery Gave us a day old cupcakes ( which they baked by mistake for the enquiry I made a day before and never confirmed the order as my daughter was sick and dint even went to school that day so we needed no cupcakes that day) so they used those old cupcakes for the actual order we placed a day after and lied to us that they will bake them the same day we pick , gave the wrong size ( large size which they wanted to get rid of) , also charged us for large cupcakes inspite of clearly telling on phone while placing the order that we need medium cupcakes ( order was placed on phone not via email as they were complete diff orders of diff number of cupcakes and diff sizes placed under different names and for different dates as my husband placed the order, they refused to refund as they messed up the order and full amount was already paid in advance. And btw large cupcakes were not even allowed in my daughter’s kindergarten. Never ever coming here again and am gonna warn as many people as I can . We recently celebrated a significant birthday for my mum, which has been in the planning for months. As part of the celebrations, a surprise lunch was organised.

For the birthday cake and individual cupcakes -for the each of the guests to take home -we used My Little Cupcake at Neutral Bay.

Cathy, who owns and runs the business, was an absolute delight to deal with, with nothing being too much trouble.

The birthday cake and cupcakes were absolutely exquisite, so fresh and of such high quality, whilst not being over the top expensive. The individual cupcakes that were ordered had fresh pink roses on each one, which were delivered on the morning of the lunch.

I have been frequenting My Little Cupcakes for many many years even before they made Neutral Bay home; at the Mosman market years ago. Their cupcakes are the best looking, tastiest and most moist in the whole of Sydney, in my opinion!! Their dedication and hard work has really paid off all these years!

Thank you for all your glorious cupcakes satisfying my many festivities such as Birthdays, Christenings, Christmas, Fundraisers, the list goes on...

Especially in the last few years with the introduction of your High Tea, making one of the best scones I’ve ever tasted is another attraction for my girlfriends and I!
