bottom line, don't bother it's awful
I spent $100 on a take away, vegitarian curries, samosa's, naan's, popadom's. The whole lot went in the BIN except for the popadom's.
I have been using this indian for ages - since it became Naan Sense the equality has gone down !!!
I finally contacted Naan Sense, they have asked for more details of my purchase. having supplied that, they offered me a 15% discount on another purchase, which i am not about to take up, i spent $100 and it went in the bin and they want me to spend more money with them.
I suggested they increase their offer.. they replied " Thank you for your response. We genuinely understand your disappointment and regret that we were not able to meet your expectations. As a small business, providing a full refund is unfortunately not something we can accommodate".
I just wonder why as a small business they cannot accomodate a full refund, it's ok for me to waste my money on their awful tasting curries, but not ok for them to compensate me. they are obviously not in the slightest bit interested in providing customer service, just have a read of all the other 1 star ratings they have.

Too many options confused minds and for a lunch buffet I felt it was over priced. There was actually nothing I liked be it palak paneer, naan, rice, aalo baigan, daal actually nothing let’s start with the Palak Paneer: paneer cubes were hard and almost needed knives to cut them, palak tasted so bland that I couldn’t even confirm if there was spinach in it. Naan was half cooked in some places and overcooked elsewhere… rice was stale and in fact was so dry that it could easily fly as yesterday leftovers.. aaloo baigan had non edible brinjal pieces ended up leaving them.. Daal again tasted as if it was 2 day old.. we didn’t know Ben try non veg because it was mired with color.. service was equally poor, they seemed disinterested and didn’t even ask if you need any drinks give some options or ask if everything was okay.. even after giving feedback that food seemed old there was no expression on their faces it was like yeah we know it 😀 Its a shame to have such a beautiful store front and decor and set up and then have a food quality this bad ! Read more5:30PM Newtown Shocking experience - went in for the first time today, did not understand the menu, asked for help. 2 women behind the counter were not helpful, rolling their eyes at my confusion. The smaller of the two took my order, she can’t see over it, I was yelling over to her just to be heard. I ordered a Naanflix and chill, there was a language barrier (or i actually reckon she had no clue what that item was) and with the language fumble I ended up paying twice as much as planned. The Naanflix and chill bundle is 40 dollars, I was charged 80 for 2 lots of curries, no rice, 4 naans. I expressed confusion and very quickly was told it’s because I didn’t read the board, “everybody else reads the board.” I was left stunned and I binned my dinner because i completely lost my appetite. I live and work in Newtown and will make it my personal hobby to let everyone know not to visit this restaurant until I can see there has been a change in staff, I am not the only one who has had a disgusting experience with...
