Top recommend this burger place. It suits all people, vegan and non-vegan. I have tasted Just Chicken Burger in store and take away Beef Burger. Vegan chicken is the best vegan chicken I had so far. It consists of a very crispy chicken skin. The vegan-chicken meat is made just like original chicken texture, tender, soft while solid. Big tick. Vegan-burger bread are baked in the right time to serve, you could feel all the ingredient are the correct portion. All burger salads are fresh and crunchy, great experience to have them in store. Suggest to sprinkle very tiny amount of salt when making the vegan chicken meat, then it will be a perfect piece. Vegan-beef meat are made exactly like beef, solid, beef tendering, and little greasy. It tasted way better than real beef burger when you put vegan beef, lettuce, and other burger salads together. Great work. For those Allium Free religious, you may ask them to replace the sauce with tomato sauce on Just chicken, Just Beef or similar, take off the onion. The tastes are more vegan without the onion. Hope later on Soul Burger will remove the onion, garlic and other allium from the burger sauce, to suits more vegan people. Have loved Soul Burger for a while but had a really disappointing, frustrating experience on Monday and still yet to hear back after messaging privately.

I made an order for delivery on the app and received the text saying that my order was cancelled. That's fine! It happens.

So then I made another order at another restaurant through Deliveroo for my partner and I as we were pretty hungry and wanted to get dinner sorted.

Then 15min later I get a text saying that my initial order is on the way..

If you're going to send a text saying that an order has been cancelled and then continue to make the meal, it would be pretty good to let the customer know that it was a mistake and the order is still coming, right? Ended up spending close to $90 on dinner when it wasn't necessary.

The food was still great so that's a redeeming feature. But improvement is definitely needed on your app and communication. I completely understand the reason for using your app but won't be ordering through...

Came here with two friends for lunch yesterday (Oct 8) for the first time. We were served by an extremely unfriendly and standoffish girl staff who seemed very annoyed even though we were the only customers at the time, but we decided to stay and give it a try as the menu options looked good.

I don't ask for the place to be sparkling clean, but the restaurant's cleanliness was very poor overall. We went to get some water for ourselves (they have a water station) only to find all the cups dirty. The tables were sticky and covered in salt and bread crumbs. The knife that held my beef burger together had a very dusty handle covered with bread dust and the edge of my plate was greasy. The sitting area inside was also very dark and it wasn't pleasant to eat in at all.

Luckily the foods tasted okay, but I will choose to visit other burger joints around Newtown in the future simply because of the staff's poor attitude and how filthy the restaurant...
