YUCK DO NOT ORDER HERE. FILTHY JOINT. COCKROACHES IN FOOD. SENDING PHOTO TO NSW FOOD AUTHORITY. So i have ordered food for me and my children. Raining day. Never usually order food to be delivered. Absolutely appalling. Ive ordered food from here a couple times. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION. YUCK. First of all when the food came it is cold and not fresh. secondly the order did not come as per what i ordered. They also forgot some of my order/food for my children. Not only that when i called them to get my food which was missing for children so they can eat lunch. Their response was, ok we fix it up next time. I said no, I have children to feed and i ordered food i want my food i ordered. It's not that hard. They said we fix it up next time. and disconnected. I called back up. I told them i literally live like 5 doors down and cannot leave its raining and i have 3 children i cannot come pick it up. They finally agreed to deliver the food. When they delivered the food. IT WAS SOOOOO COLD. AND YOU WILL NEVER BELIEVE IT MATE A COCKROACH IN THE BOTTOM OF THE TENDERS BOX. LUCKY I ALWAYS CHECK THE QUALITY OF FOOD BEFORE CONSUMING. DO NOT EAT...

If there was an option for 0 stars it would still be too good for this place. The girl serving could hardly understand basic English, which made it hard to place a basic order. The individual making the food was wearing one glove and using his bare hand when handling the bread and cheese, while touching his face and phone with the same hand. We advised the lady at the front that he should be wearing gloves on both hands. As she did not understand basic English, she told him to wear no gloves, which made the situation worse. We then asked for a refund and to cancel the order, she then gave the wrong amount of cash back. This place was my go to for chicken burgers since 2008, however this will now come to an end. Very unfortunate as the owner is a good man, however he needs to really work on getting proper staff with basic English and food...

OK let's start from the beginning, when he first opened the business it was all welcome to my place. The original staff and the owner of the shop after a few months got to know you and what you liked to order made sure that you were looked after and always given special attention to your needs with some kind of discount to make you feel apart of the family. But now it feels like the Boss doesn't greet you like before as a friend because of the changing of the Guard and staff that he has chosen they don't joke with you like the previous staff did with you inside the shop and outside the shop after hours it's really a shame but I will remain a...
