One star is way too generous!

I would like to first staff of with the service. When I first walked in with some work colleagues, they staff were relatively pleasant. It wasn't until we started ordering food and drinks that their true colours showed. We had to repeat our orders at least 4 times individually, because the waitress kept on getting our orders wrong, but accused us of being simple minded and changing our orders every time. When one of us ordered a pizza without cheese, they laughed and said how can you eat a pizza without cheese, which is a very irrelevant, rude and unnecessary comment. We also never got our second round of drinks that we ordered and for some reason charged for them!

Next, the food. It came out very late. My pizza in particular took the longest, and I wasn't given an explanation. I kept on asking staff how long will it take, and they always replied with either 'it is coming' or 'it wont be too long'. Well, my pizza came 45 minutes after all of my colleagues finished their meals, and it was cold! The food in general did not taste very good, everything tasted old and foul, or lacked seasoning/flavour. Couldn't wait to leave the place.

If I was the owner/manager, I would be very disappointed. This place needs a serious shake up, and to be more consistent with their services. I have told everyone I know, even those who regular come to this place, to never come back because of my experience, and I am very persuasive because of my occupation critiquing food and restaurants/cafes.

So in summary - incompetent staff, terrible food, bad atmosphere, highly recommend avoiding this place where there are much better places to eat in the area. Heck, i would've enjoyed a dominos pizza more! I have eaten in many bad places, but this is definitely in the top three worst places. No excuses for such a...

We had lunch there recently and we ordered a Greek Salad but instead we were give a Green Salad. This must happend often as the names are very similar. I do believe that as it is very noisy and the waiter we had was a foreigner he misunderstood. It is important getting the basics right. I recommend that the name changes to Garden Salad or Mixed Lettuce Salad. The Green salad was a couple of dollars cheaper so they could lose revenue if things like this happen. I even asked the waiter towards the end "did we get a Greek salad' and he replied "yes". The bill came and it read Green Salad, so there you go. We asked for bottle of water and they forgot. There was also a new waitress and she brought out another pizza that we had not ordered, she did apologise and advised us she was new. Like I said get the basics right and you can improve on the overall customer experience. Food overall...

The Triple Choc Brownie with ice cream and strawberries was AMAZING.

I would recommend in adding decent sized pizza's with an affordable price. Not everyone can afford and stomach a $25.00 pizza that is quite large. My friends who are over 18 ordered the kids pizzas since the size was ok.

Other than that, the waitress with red/ginger hair seemed really rude. She was fine at the start in offering me water while my friends came. She was fine when she took our orders. What I didnt like was when she disturbs us while we are having a group discussion and asks if we would like the bill. Now, at this time, they werent desperate for available seats should they need to shove more customers in but I only suggest for a waiter to get the bill or give us the bill when we as customers have finished talking and...

I don’t mind paying for quality, but this place was too expensive for what it was. The two stars go to the two gentleman that served us, they were very polite and professional. The tables here were sticky, perhaps it’s just me.. But that makes my skin crawl. We ordered a few things to share and whilst it looked impressive, we were kind of disappointed. The pizza was very average and not unlike a freezer pizza and the halloumi was kind of drowned in balsamic and a very potent basil drizzle which was a little unpleasant. We also ordered sweet potato fries which were actually really nice. All in all, not horrible, but not great.

Overall experience was good. Went to Bondi Pizza with my friends on Public Holiday and it was packed. We were still lucky enough to get a table in 5 minutes. At first glance we thought there are not many Vegetarian options but our host explained and mentioned that they were happy to make Vegetarian version of any pizza on the menu. They were so delicious that Instead of 3 we ended up having 6! Fresh and light, not heavy at all. Service was fast and we dint have to wait a lot. I recommend this place to everyone who loves Pizza🍕

I enjoyed the pizza, staff are friendly. The long board is definitely a great idea to share with group of 4. Grilled salmon, chilli prawn & chorizo, grilled Angus steak and supreme were delicious. Being a gourmet pizza, I thought I'd be able to enjoy more spiciness & importantly more chilli prawn on the pizza. I was sad that I was unable to take home the unfinished bottle. Complimentary 3 hours parking is also a convenient bonus!
