Oporto - Entertainment Quarter — Restaurant in Sydney

Food was delicious, Oportos is always yummy. Chips were nicely seasoned, my wrap was good. I could see how attentive who I assume was the manager / supervisor and it was so nice to see! The wait-time was also perfect!

Also, today I had a Giveon concert and they had mistakenly left out a box of chips - really, not the end of the world. Hospitality workers are people too and with a receipt and kind communication, the situation is easily solvable. However by the time we'd realised, we were back at Hordern Pavillion and could not leave the venue. We called the place and they literally delivered the meal to us. Genuinely so kind....

My husband took my grand daughter for a chicken wrap last night. ( before we went to cirque de soleil ) My husband and grand daughter made a mistake with the order. They were absolutely superb, fixing it straight away and the food was delicious and fabulous.

Good food is never good food without lovely service and attitude.

Last night the food was scrumptious BECAUSE IT was served with love, a great attitude and kindness.

Whoever served them, is a valued member in a million, and I hope the owner sees what an asset they have.
