Oporto - Merrylands Stockland — Restaurant in Sydney

Ordered via the app - said it would take 10min to cook. Went to sit to wait and in the meantime 4yo needed to go toilet but all the toilets were closed so dad had to go all the way downstairs. In the meantime I waited for the order which took an extremely long time. Dad and kid arrived back and still no order. Had to ask about it showing the order on the app. Turns out the female staff member had been pronouncing Michael as Misha all this time!!! Seriously - why don't they call out numbers if staff can't read basic English! Or at least get help from your colleagues if you don't know how to pronounce a common...

I asked the lady for no mayo and sum chilli when I got home there was no chili in my burger very disappointed but I brushed it off. When l look a further look at the burger I noticed a hair a long black hair on my burger, DISGUSTING. As a food chain you main priority is to implement hygiene and cleanliness, as you can see in the photo. We can clearly tell this isn’t there priority. Unfortunately this has to the worst Oportos I've been too. Customer service was OK I was served by a very nice polite girl, But that's it We waited over 15 minutes close to 20 minutes for 2 Bondi burger meals They had customers but not that busy, Not for that long wait.
