Ok so my family have been a loyal customer to this shop We always have been here and order the 24.95 dollars 4 chickens pieces meal
And until today A staff girl Asian in the afternoon at 4:24 pm My wife made a order in front of the store and ask for 4 chickens legs And reception say OH we can maximum do 3 chickens legs plus a breast My wife then tell her u can do 4 chickens legs coz that wat we always do Then a tall guy manager from the back say oh yes we can do 4 chicken legs Next time if u met such condition just talk to the back kitchen and ask if they have enough legs or else tell customer to wait
And once again confirmed 4 chicken legs then when we get home and ready to start dinner at 7pm we realize it is 2 chickens legs and 2 chicken breast
Then I drive during rain and back to the store and show them photos proof of payment and stuff And then the staff claim they r evening staff and afternoon staff all gone and tell me to wait for confirmation of manager
What a good way to treat ur customer while you are the one who made mistake even it is a face to face order without an apology but to for a phone call from a manager and confirm should we give them 2 chickens legs instead Really great attitude and I am here waiting for 15 minutes and expressing how gross the staff is
If I am the boss or manager I won't be hiring a staff who don't even know standard...

Oporto Waterloo, congratulations – you’ve mastered the art of ruining fast food. Two orders in two days and somehow you managed to burn my spicy bolas the first time (charcoal with chilli, anyone?) and then forget my Extremo sauce AGAIN on the second order. That’s some next-level consistency… consistently terrible.
It’s almost impressive how little attention goes into these meals. If I wanted burnt scraps and missing items, I could have just raided my own fridge blindfolded. For the prices you charge, this is a joke. Oporto, lift your game – or at least hire someone who knows the difference between cooked food and coal.

They never answer any calls, the manager is never there and doesn’t answer or return calls. The supervisor is inexperienced, rude and unhelpful and on break during peak times when manager isn’t there either.
They used to have lovely ladies working there who unsurprisingly have left.
They regularly only serve a half portion of chips and fewer strips than what’s paid for, this is just a dishonest practice
They don’t honour online specials in store when their site is faulty … not even an apology when making you pay full price in store ….
