Two Baristas Espresso — Restaurant in Sydney

I started going here about a month or so ago. As it's hard to find good coffee this place stood out to me. The customer service is great, always greeted with a smile. The first time i had coffee here, it was Perfect... The flavour was spot on and the temperature was just right not too hot and not cold,it was the best cup of coffee I've had... So i made this place my local...the next couple of times coffee was just as good. About the 4th time i came here the coffee was below average. I think the girl who served me, was the Asian one in the mornings. Just got lazy with her coffee making skills. It's a pity though coffee making is an art and when it's wasted....🙁. It's one thing to get the customer..... And it's anther to keep the customer.... You have lost my custom........🙁...

We there today at around 5:20p.m in the evening. The lady at the counter just made my husband wait for 5 minutes only to tell him ‘ I am not making any more coffee’ in an outright rude tone. This was our go to coffee joint ever since we moved to Waterloo two years back, had a couple of more rude encounters in the past but passed those off as ‘ everyone has a bad day’ but after today, there is no going back. Used to be really great coffee and service, however today I went there (10/03/21) and the standards have really dropped. The barista served me a latte. I asked “is this a flat white?” And she said yes. I sipped it and it was a latte with lots of foam. I returned it to the barista. They re-made me a soy flat white but it was diluted and lukewarm. So frustrating when you pay $$ for bad coffee....
