Terrible experience!!!! I was in a big group for dinner there last night. When I booked online it said it would be $50 per person for the banquet and $3 corkage. When we arrived, they said it was now $55 per person and $5 for corkage. I show them an email I had stating what we were quoted with our booking, but they would not honour it. They said they would make it $3 a person for corkage out of good faith but when the bill arrived it was $5 per person, and even though only 5 of us were actually drinking wine they charged the whole table. Needless to say, we didn’t leave any kind of tip. The manager avoided coming out to talk to me and when he finally did he was useless. This is false advertising and misleading and was very inconvenient for my big group because I had told them all the exact amount of cash to bring - which wasn’t enough. I will never dine here again based on this experience! The fact that they wouldn’t not honour or even come to a compromise with the price showed extremely poor customer service and put an unnecessary stress on our evening. It’s not even about having to pay the extra money - it’s about the fact that we were told one thing online and then a completely different story in the restaurant. False...

We had the Ege Region banquet. Food was tasty but service was slow. We were there 3 hours. When dessert finally arrived (which we had to follow up twice) we didn’t get the Turkish coffee. The lady (owner I presume) said that is extra if we want it. It says on the menu that it is included with the banquet. We also had to follow up the raki which we paid for. When that arrived it was clearly watered down. It tasted strange and was milky. I have had the raki many times before. Been going to pashas for over 15 years. When we went to pay our $170 bill we asked to use a $50 Restaurant card toward the bill. She said that they don’t accept them. However we looked online at participating restaurants earlier in the day and Pashas was one. The young waiter was lovely but he was clearly run off his feet. He was the only waiter in a full restaurant on New Year’s Eve. The man and woman (owners?) stood around barking orders at him and barely assisting. Overall, food was good as always but the...

Nice, tasty, flavoursome Turkish cuisine. The place was beautifully decorated, oozed charm and had a nice ambiance.

I was famished when I got there ordered the pomegranate salad and Mediterranean style meatballs. Both were nice especially the salad and that says a lot because I'm not usually a salad person. It had a lovely tang to it and though I would have preferred more pomegranate, you could definitely taste it throughout.

Main I ordered the Hunkar Begendi - Finely diced char grilled eggplant flavoured with herb butter and fresh herbs accompanied with marinated grilled lamb pieces flavoured. It came out and in my ravenous state I thought portion was a little small. Well, I was wrong. I couldn't get through it. Lamb was tender and full of flavour and loved the smokey eggplant underneath. Friends had a yoghurt based main and I did use some of their yoghurt on my dish which I thought just gave it that little more flavour but it's a personal thing. Dish was lovely...

Beautiful food, great service, the abundance of traditional leadglass lights, ceramics and vintage copper resonates glimpses of the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul and Aunt Ethel's obsession with Copperart. The food was beautiful, light and balanced spices to detract your attention from even the most engaging of dinner conversations.... that is until the explosion of music from crackling speakers that desperately need replacing and a volume button that needs turning down as the obligatory belly dancer explodes out of the kitchen like a cyclone 🌀 whirling and gyrating her way between tables, taking no prisoners as her arms and veils threaten to take out hapless diners, low hanging lights and ill placed wine bottles alike, good times, even Aunt Ethel, who is deaf as a post, would have been enthralled. Finish the experience with some Turkish coffee that will have you caffeinated till next week and you too will give it a solid 3 thumbs up 👍 👌

Pasha’s restaurant delivered a delightful dining experience, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The halloumi with pomegranate molasses was a standout—perfectly grilled, with the sweetness of the molasses adding a wonderful contrast to the salty halloumi. It was simply delicious. I also sampled the vegetarian lentil dumplings, which were a pleasant surprise; they were light yet flavorful, with a unique texture that was both comforting and satisfying. The service was attentive, and the ambiance created a cozy atmosphere ideal for enjoying Mediterranean flavors. While everything I tasted was excellent, a slightly broader vegetarian selection would enhance the experience further. Overall, Pasha’s offers quality dishes and a relaxed setting, making it a great spot for a meal that balances flavor and authenticity.

Pasha's restaurant, is a great dinning experience, the atmosphere is fantastic with middle eastern lights and ornaments portraits and many other artefacts that makes your dinning experience fantastic, all staff are super happy and walk around helping diners enjoy the experience, at about 8pm the belly dancers puts on a show that makes it all that more authentic, the dips the hot Turkish bread made the start perfect because of the rich flavours, the vine leaf wraps were super yummy, and the meat platter was super tender and tasty, the desert hit the right sweet spot, you really can't fault the place, great for parties and small events upstairs very private and secluded, different atmosphere from the downstairs, I would love to host my next event at Pasha's restaurant.
