Phulkari Indian Cuisine (Frenchs Forest) — Restaurant in Sydney

Really disappointing customer service. Ordered through Menulog on Friday night, waited 2 hours for an order that never arrived. When I called them at 9.30 asking about the order, they said they would check then hung up. I continued to try to call and was hung up on every time. I left a voicemail and was called back the following day basically to be told 'The delivery driver said your order was delivered so it was definitely delivered", with no proof that it had been delivered. I am beyond disappointed in this customer service - I am a regular at Phulkari both for takeaways and dining in but the way this issue has been handled is appalling and I won't be ordering or recommending them again in the future. I have put through a complaint with the restaurant and Menulog but haven't received a refund or any sort of apology - my entire Friday night ruined, family hungry and money lost for nothing and then to be accused of lying about my order not being delivered. Shocking.

Edit in response to owner: No food was left. No one knocked at the door not even once. I was near the door all night waiting for the food as it said it was en route to be delivered and no one even came down the driveway. We ordered takeaway at 720pm, with estimated delivery time of 8.45pm. We tried ringing at 9pm since our order still hadnt arrived but the phone was constantly engaged. At 910 we finally drove to the resturant to try and get our order. I was told it would be another 5 minutes. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for our 'delivery' order. When they finally gave us the delivery order, we mentioned it had been over 2 hours since we placed the order. Their excuse was that they were busy. As for the food, the naan bread was burnt on the outside and uncooked in the middle. The chicken tikka and butter chicken was ok. However mango lassi was nice. We might try the place again further down the track once they settle in a bit more and work...

wow bad food (told me it will be 30min ok np/ check docket was ready from microwave in 15 after calling it in and i get it after trying it) chicken tikka more like butter chicken with onion and it was tasteless.
