Pizza Hut Kogarah — Restaurant in Sydney

The service here is terrible, I made an order for Delivery and was quoted an hour, Pizza arrives a half hour late and cold, Furthermore they didn't add the additional toppings, that I was charged for. Called to complain and the operator says they'll call me back in 5mins, wait 15 then call them back asking whats going on, get transferred to store where I'm on hold a further 5 mins before someone answers. The girl who picks up is quite rude and only takes my number saying Manager will call me back when she's free.

So after waiting a half hour for the manager to call I call the operators again and ask what's going on?, he calls the store and speaks with the manage who has apparently sent out a replacement. (so looks like had no intention of actually calling to apologize for their mistake)

I find the operators to be relatively polite and I understand they don't have much control over the stores other then being the hub. However the Staff come across as both Rude and contemptuous.

today I ordered pizza by mentioning the base (normal) to be honest I don't know what the basic shape is, but the staff just said normal is traditional and I emphasized I don't know what I want normal like the picture, but what I got isn't like the picture and I complained but the staff or the manager explained that it was 100% my fault, but in fact the staff was also wrong because they didn't explain properly, here it was my fault and also the staff but the manager was rude and the staff judged me with 2 people against myself, and the service is very rude in this restaurant, they already said that the staff was also wrong but rudely blamed more on the customer, no apology at all to me, instead I was told that I was happy to waste their time, will not come back with service this very rude and bad, the waitress attacked me all, really...

I wasn’t aware that Pizza Hut advertises outdated pictures to entice prospective customers – however, either I got the wrong pizza or cheese no longer comes with the pizza's sold, a Thin & Crispy Americano, and that one has to ask for the cheese as an optional extra. This tasted like a very dry SAO biscuit with tomato paste and lacked any substance like the standard pizzas you'd expect - even for a thin & crispy. Is the yellow stuff depicted (photo attached) liquid cheese being applied to pizzas? – Or is it the oil from the tomato paste? It certainly didn’t taste like any cheese at all on this one! I thought Dominos was bad, but overall, a very disappointing experience! For a decent pizza, choose wisely and contemplate going elsewhere rather than Pizza...
