A solid 4 stars for this place. The setting on Macleay st is great a little further down from the centre so not quite as busy.
There is outdoor seating and a couple of seats inside. Inside there are many foods and provisions to buy. Specialist products are the focus.
The food was good , not exceptional but pricey. $15 for an average tasting chicken pesto sandwich. It is Potts Point so the rents are high so understandable.
It was 3pm and even though they were open til 8pm many things on the menu were not available and the food cabinet was mostly empty.
Staff were ok though not a smile. They served efficiently and ordered were delivered in a...
Read moreThe PPP would have to be the best cafe and provider of the best culinary and wine selection there is to offer in the area. The extraordinary staff has created an unequaled warm and welcoming village atmosphere. The PPP is a second home to many patrons who desire a simple coffee and chat, to those who prefer to enjoy a more substantial light meal. You are always made to feel at home at the PPP, which is a genuine expression of the dedicated, professional, and authentic members of staff. I guess it is rather obvious that I totally recommend the PPP to anybody seeking the best cafe and provider of fine food and products in...
Read moreI have liked this place for the last year. Good sandwiches and friendly staff, but I think they are taking advantage of their customers with the extent of their price hikes. Their baguettes were $9.90, when they opened, and then went up to $11.90 about a year ago (a 20% increase - significantly above inflation), and they’ve now gone up to $15.90! I appreciate inflation is high at the moment but it’s 7%, not 34%!! A 60% price increase in a little over a year is extortionate. Clearly just think they can charge what they want in this area. I won’t be going back, which is a shame, but they are ripping...
