Royal Rangla Punjab (Royal Sweets) — Restaurant in Sydney

I wish i had options below 0 but anyway I went Royal Sweets to buy some sweets and picked up a few along with two small ziplock bags of namkeen. While watching Netflix, I started eating without paying much attention, but suddenly I chewed on something extremely bitter, stinky, and foul-smelling. When I checked the namkeen, it was moldy, soggy, smelly, and even had hair in it.

I called the store to complain, and the lady offered to replace it and refund my money. But this isn’t about the money; it’s about the quality of food being served. A refund doesn’t fix the issue. Why sell spoiled products? If they’re unsold, throw them away and prepare fresh batches. Also, staff should use gloves and hairnets while handling food. This is about basic hygiene and...

Worst indian food i have had in sydney.ordered aaloo tikki and veg thali..and the taste was not even close to what it should be. The daal that came with the thali was horrible, worst tasting daal ever. But the high light of the day was when i ordered shahi panneer i did not get a single piece of panneer but instead the cook had given me malai kofhta, yet again i had to pay for it coz i had taken a bite of it thinking it was shahi panneer. Would not recommend anyone to buy food from this shop..but the only thing i was ok with was the quick service( because we were the only ones...

Such worse service and experience , employees are rude Ofcourse, employees will be rude because the owner itself is so arrogant and disrespectful. They don’t know how to speak and greet customers.

Not lying ,the food was good but they charged us extra without informing . We wont recommend anyone if u want have a pleasant dine in.

They didn’t even have water to offer or on the table, so if u go there for dine in then u will have do ur own self service its better u order it online. And I’m pretty very sure ,they got fake good reviews on the site by...
