Saborito Mexican-Dining & Bar — Restaurant in Sydney

We visited Sabarito, Pennant Hills to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and as lovers of Mexican food, we were really looking forward to it. The food didn’t disappoint – the flavours were bold, authentic, and full of that Mexican zest 🌮🔥. From Nachos to burritos, every dish was delicious and satisfying. The ambiance is colourful and vibrant, perfect for a festive night out.

However, the customer service left us a bit underwhelmed. When we arrived, the front section was quite crowded, so we requested to be seated at the back where it was completely empty. The young lady attending to us said that area was closed for service. But to our surprise, just 10 minutes later, another group arrived and was immediately seated in that same spot we had requested. It felt a little rude and dismissive.

Additionally, the sauce bottle on our table was empty. We requested a new one, and while the staff member acknowledged it, she never returned with it. She was busy checking in other guests and roaming around. After a 12-minute wait, we had to ask again before she finally brought the sauce over.

All in all, the food was fantastic, but we hope the service becomes more attentive and consistent to match the quality of the food. We'd still come back — but with hopes for a better...

Fabulous food and excellent service. The food is fresh, home made very authentic tasty flavours. Very delicious taquitos, tacos, enchiladas and cocktails. The food was not overly salty, nor dry. The seafood enchiladas were fantastic. Big pieces of juicy fish and large seared prawns. The serves range from generous to enormous. The sauces were amazing. The chicken taquito was not dry, the black beans and red beans were moist, soft and really delicious. We observed many other dishes that looked very appealing. The staff were delightful, knowledgeable, very accommodating and professional. Walk ins were attended to immediately and the place had an excellent vibe, not high end but a very welcome mid range spot; it was busy but everyone was happy and served well. Parking is easy around the corner. I would ignore bad reviews I do believe they’re competitors these days as most of them I read are so untrue. Saborito in Pennant Hills is a fantastic Mexican restaurant that brings authentic flavors and a vibrant atmosphere right to your table! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff and the enticing aroma of fresh, delicious Mexican cuisine.

I tried their tacos and burritos, and every bite was bursting with flavor. The tortillas were perfectly soft, the fillings fresh and generous, and the spices just right. The guacamole and salsa were fresh and packed with zesty goodness. Their margaritas are also a must-try—refreshing and expertly mixed!

The service was exceptional, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great place for both casual meals and special occasions.
