Saigon Taste serves up a satisfying bowl of Bún Bò Huế that’s worth trying. The broth has a nice depth of flavour and the portion size is generous, making it good value. I liked that it wasn’t overloaded with meat—the balance felt right, and the spices gave the soup an authentic kick. That said, it’s not quite perfect. While tasty, the dish could use a little refinement to really capture the richness and complexity that makes Bún Bò Huế stand out at its best. Overall, though, it’s a solid choice if you’re craving Vietnamese comfort food—hearty, flavourful, and filling.

absolutely amazing food, ive had Vietnamese food in so many cities in Australia and Saigon Taste is one of the best ones ive ever had. 👌👌 They have a very welcoming atmosphere, super polite and hospitable staff and tastiest food you could ask for . We had rare beef pho and lemon grass vermicelli salad and both were flavourful. taste was balanced, and all ingredients were on point. i would definitely suggest this place to my family and friends and cant wait to come back to sydney to dine here again 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friday 16th August 2024 Ventured to a new Vietnamese eatery on campbell street, however website states castlereagh street and the restaurant is clean as you would expect. Staff who served us was very friendly which is one of the reasons we opted to try. We opted for the Vermicelli salad and Combination rice noodles (Pho) which is our go to dishes when eating Vietnamese. The food was good, cooked and presented well. Overall the food is as good as other Vietnamese around the city and reasonably priced.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We waited for more than half an hour after ordering just a simple fried noodle and pho. The kitchen was completely silent, and we didn’t hear any cooking sounds at all during that time. When we asked the waitress why it was taking so long, she said there were two tables ahead of us. But we clearly saw customers who came after us receive their food before us. I really dislike this kind of excuse—it just didn’t feel honest or fair. Only after that we did hear the kitchen fan start and the cook begin working—but even then, we still wait another 15 minutes, and our meals still didn’t arrive. In the end, we decided to leave without eating. This experience really left a bad impression, not just for this restaurant, Very...

I love the way they cook with heart and unique taste, especially the way they cook the spicy noodle soup and the combination one. Shrimp as the selected base of the soup for the spicy noodle soup brought me surprises. A very delightful and sweet taste it has. It's just perfect, also it 's better than just a beef soup. One more example or dish I' ve tried which is the combination. I was impressed by the special spice that they added for the soup, which is pepper. It stimulated the amount of warmness and hotness within the soup. You would never find a very special vietnamese restaurant like this in Sydney I can...
