서비스 정말 현편없네요. 이렇게 벌레 취급당해본건 처음입니다. 직원 서비스 관리 하셔야되겠어요. 웬만한 구글 리뷰 올리진 않은데 정말 실망스럽습니다.
I ignored the “service is bad” reviews as coming from waiting at the GP clinic for hours with my toddler And without having anything to eat all morning, she was craving fried chicken and this place was on the way home. It was close to 12pm as I was leaving the GP clinic and as I didn’t have my phone I would have assumed it was almost opening time at 12pm. When I got to the front, store was fully lit, music on, doors wide open. So thought great it’s open, as I came inside the shop, there was a employee putting menus down at each table with a Velcro roller still stuck on her forehead. As soon as she sees me she says “we’re not open”. Very bluntly with a stone face. Taken back I asked her what the time is as i didn’t have my phone, and I will come back at 12. She shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know what the time is” and ignored me and continued to set the menus down at the tables. I was quite taken back and stood there for about a minute, and she still ignored me and I just walked out. I mean you wouldn’t even treat a stranger walking past you on the street with such blatant disrespect, let alone a customer who is trying to support your business. At these times we should be supporting small businesses but if the small businesses aren’t even grateful and or even care- what’s the point? It was so disappointing that I wasn’t even treated as a human. There are plenty of fried chicken places that are selling mass produced ready made batter and sauces like this place, and to have non existent customer service is not the right way to go.

Read moreBeen here so many times, always amazing food. Service can be on the slow side sometimes, but understandable as it is such a popular restaurant and it's always so packed. This particular time I had gotten takeaway, had called in about 40 mins beforehand and placed my order, stressed that it needed to be ready by 5.50pm. I had only ordered a rosè tteokbokki, and from experience, this particular dish only takes roighly 20 to 25 mins to make. Arrived on time, and was told it would take another 5 mins. That was fine, I was more than happy to wait. However, after waiting another 20 mins, and it was now 6.10pm, I asked again when the order would be ready as I really had to go, and had expected to be able to just come in, pick up the food and leave as it was called in beforehand. I was told it would only take another couple of mins, and finally, after another 5 mins, I received my food. I want to clarify that I will definitely be coning back, the food is just too good, and all in all, I've always had good experiences, however, this time really did disappoint, as I had specifically called in beforehand to avoid needing to spend extra time as I was really on a time crunch. From what it looked like, there were a few new and inexperienced staff, and that can't really be helped, but maybe some further training on how to be more organised and when the rush comes in will be beneficial, as again, this place is so popular, and it will undoubtedly be as busy, if not...
Read moreVisited here on Sunday night with a friend and her visiting friend from overseas.
We ordered fanta and soju which promptly arrived within a minute of ordering along with their ban chans to which I was very pleasantly surprised.
We also ordered their bibimbap, seafood pancake, sweet & spicy fried chicken and bulgogi japchae. Their bibimbap was freshly served and kept hot in their stone bowl and was perfectly balanced with ingredients. The sauce was kept to the side so that we can spice it up to our desired amount. Seafood pancake came steaming hot and beautifully fried. Sweet & spicy chicken came crunchy and the meat was soft. It was a touch too spicy for me but I still enjoyed it. Their bulgogi japchae though was heavenly. The bulgogi was so soft and deliciously marinated. I've always loved eating japchae for the chewiness but haven't been able to find the perfect japchae that doesn't make me feel heavy. Their japchae ticks all the boxes and I have planned to return in the same week.
The shop also offers uber eats delivery. Payment wise unfortunately no split bills but that can be easily managed with their detailed receipt. My only suggestion is to adjust the ordering system so we can see our past orders as we thought we ordered the bibimbap but wasn't sure and couldn't check. The young girl who served us couldn't tell us/comprehend English enough to communicate (maybe language barrier?). Overall though, loved it and can't...
