I believe every drink has a standard. Please re read again your operational standard and your manual receipe. I saw a tall guy made every drink like 3/4 full and the rest he just put tea or hot water. Then i saw him made my large okinawa milk tea in one shaker bottle.. and he divided the drink with other small okinawa milk tea. I saw my cup only half full.. then he added the tea or hot water, i dont know. When it finished and i sipped.. taste like water. I asked him to make new one as standard, but he insisted that is the correct wat he made it. You try it then.. i didnt come just to buy...

Dodgy staff. Over charging without details in the receipt. Total charge should have been only $12.95 but receipt is showing $14.90 without any details of additional charge. Even if you add up public holiday surcharge of 10% it does not sum up to $14.90.

Lack of transparency. Asked staff but staff could not explain why. She only said 'I don't know, I only work here.' WHAT AN ATTITUDE, she needs to be told how to serve customers. If the public holiday surcharge is 15%, this needs to be clearly informed upfront and detailed in the receipt.
