Simply Noodles — Restaurant in Sydney

I was a very loyal customer here. Yesterday I ordered the usual meal for my lunch - vege laksa dine in. They gave me the boomerang and I went away to wait. Then my boomerang buzzed and I went back to the counter but they gave me a chicken laksa take away (the take away was packed up I couldn’t see what’s inside so I thought they just made my order take away). Obviously they made a mistake during the lunch peak hour somehow. I didn’t really go back to argue with them as I understood that they were busy and people make mistakes. I went back there today and ordered my usual meal again BUT they started to complain about me - they said I took the wrong boomerang and messed up with their order so they had to remake a meal for other customers. Well then why not make up my order for me? They said no because it was MY FAULT of taking the boomerang they gave to me. I know their English is not very good so I asked “are you blaming it on me?” They said “YES”. I couldn’t believe their attitude and their unfair treatment to different customers. Every time I go there I look around the credit card machine to see if there is any surcharge and there is no sign around. Today I asked for the receipt and realised they put a surcharge and charge me more than the price on the label. I told them and they showed me the sign 1 m away from the machine, on the counter, lost between other signs. YOU GUYS HAVE TO SAY IT ON THE MACHINE OR REALLY CLOSE TO THE MACHINE. You're tricky and I could have paid by cash all this time and not pay more than the price annouced. You wouldn't put the labels for the food 1 metre away from it so why do you do it for the surcharge notice??? Why not putting it ther side of the shop at the point you are so you're sure nobody will read it... I don't mind the 15cts even if every day that would have probably gave me a free meal at the end, but if you want to take more money from people be clear about it and let me know in a proper way...

Ordered BBQ pork noodles with a friend at the same time, she got hers almost immediately and my order was forgotten for almost 30 mins, about 30 people received their order before me.(these people ordered way after me) When the food arrived it had almost no meat or vegetables in it and literally had only 4 bite sized pieces of pork in it.
