Today we ordered 2x Half Greek, half Chicken and Avo salad. We were being served by two girls, when suddently one of the girls noticed she had served the wrong salad (she made the dish half Beetroot with WALNUTS, half chicken with avo). She said to me "oh it was greek". Then, in stead of preparing a new plate, she took the beetroot and walnut tongue and pulled back that salad to its original tray, and placed the greek salad on top of it! You can see on the picture all the collour from the beetroot on the plate. I told her straight away she shiuld ask if people have allergies before making this decision of doing what she has done. What if I am not watching? What if I would have allergies? We are supposed to trust the server, and when we do hospitality courses it is the FIRST thing we learn about caring about the customer especially regarding allergies. I worked years in cafes, restaurants and ice cream shops. I would NEVER expose a customer to such risk. I am sure the shop allows this behaviour maybe to save the dollars on "waste"? I hope no one sues you for neglecting the customer. But I feel other people who eat there should be...

One of the kiosk with the longest queue, but I found something I want to eat, so I have decided to just join in the queue!

Environment 4/5 Lots of seats around the precinct area, and lots of seats with power point that you can charge your device, quite convenient.

Service 5/5 The staff is attentive and helpful during the order.

Cappuccino 4/5 Nice hot cappuccino, nothing fancy, just nice

Bacon and egg roll 4/5 I was thinking about bacon and egg wrap, which is why I queue up, but I ordered roll instead of wrap, how stupid I am 😂 but still taste good especially I got it toasted.

Will I come back again? 4/5 Will see how, maybe during day time, not as easily as 5am I would think of having other hot food rather than...

I just had the worst food experience. How can you get salad wrong ? Was at the domestic terminal in Sydney and decided to go the healthy option. Chose 4 vegetarian salads. Chick peas, roasted vegetables, and two leafy greens. The vegetables that should have been cooked were hard but silly me I ate a significant portion as I was hungry. I don’t think there is a chef over seeing the process as I developed upper abdominal pains and bloating with one hour. Google informs me that these symptoms are found in lectin and Solanine poisoning. Food should not make you sick and marketing it as the healthy option is tragically ironic. All marketing and zero...
