Subway — Restaurant in Sydney

The reason why I am leaving a 2 star review is because this was my favourite local subway. There was a man and a woman that would worked together, they provided incredible customer service and ensured that customers who walked in together was service together. My visit this afternoon my husband was the only person spoken to. I was completely ignored and when I KINDLY asked for and Italian BMT the girl mumbled "We don't have ham" at least the previous worked had the decency to apologies, smile and offer another option before waiting for my to say ok thank you and walking away. The staff member allowed me to walk away and then decided to offer me another sandwich, given the attitude provided I did not take the offer and just paid for my husband's order. The worker I am referring to on today's visit is Nav. I hope you are able to train your team members to show some customer service to want locals to regularly visit.

I will continue to praise the previous workers (Just when the renovation was completed). They knew how to smile, serve and grow rapport...

Waste of money and lacks sandwich artist skills. This is second time today I went there on Saturday after work last week for a chicken schnitzel footlong the bread was not good size the width plus they were finished with lettuce. I took three cookies as well with the footlong they were not baked properly specially from the middle. Today my husband bought a wrap its Tuesday still no lettuce available at this store this time he got me a large chicken schnitzel wrap which was hard from the ends and tasteless. Feel really sorry for their customers. They really lack in sandwich artist training whether its bread, wrap or cookies. And what's with no lettuce guys instead of making dumb excuses you should arrange it for your customers. Woolies is just next door to you or you can send someone to the veggie retailer at parkley or flemington market they are open for restaurant owners 7 days a week. I won't be giving a third chance to these incompetent people and definitely do not recommend to go...

SERIOUSLY EVERY TIME!!! 😡😡😡 They can’t follow simple instructions!! So many times I have ordered from Uber and Rosehill subway is one place I would prefer they avoid but if my local business is closed it goes to them regrettably. I really dislike Rosehill because they do not read any of the instructions. All I put down in the instructions was please make sure that you grill the wrap as last time you didn’t and what did they deliver? A soggy wrap that has not been grilled and the pastry on the wrap itself is like uncooked wet pastry which makes the entire meal vile and difficult to eat. Not only that, but who on earth puts a thick layer of margarine on wraps?! NO WONDER IT IS LIKE WET uncooked PASTRY!🤦🏼‍♀️

It’s not as though it’s a huge order either, there were only two things ordered and a couple of drinks. But every time without fail they manage to stuff up the order. I don’t think there’s been a single occasion from this business in Rosehill where they have ever got it...
