The sashimi send to have been from poorly frozen and defrosted fish. It was gritty and you could taste that special aroma that a freezer imparts on food, and not much else. Just don't serve sashimi if you care this little. There's a reason that the cooked chicken sushi have pride of place on the menu, but the hand roll was okay, so maybe just skip the conveyor entirely. After multiple visits, I have seen that the main issue here is that there isn't enough plates on the train and not enough variety of sushi. I believe at one point it was just 5 plates on the train with about 10 patrons in the restaurant and only 2 chefs making sushi. When your whole business runs on the basis of people eating, It is a bit discouraging to see that there isn't enough food being served...
