Literally the rudest old cow at the counter, I paid extra to have three rolls separately made that weren’t in the options at the front and waited over 20 minutes whilst she left making them they served fifteen entire other people, I didn’t complain once at all and when she brings them to me she says what did you order, I said two of these and one of these and she had made three of the one and I said can’t you leave it since I waited almost half an hour, she grabbed tongs and just ripped it out of the box and had the absolute worst attitude I’ve ever experienced, every single time I’ve been there she has had the worst customer service, attitude & personality. Always look forward to enjoying their fresh sushi whenever I'm at the big bear shopping centre during lunchtime. They have lots of variety and you can tell it's fresh as it's generally busy. The lady that served me yesterday was really nice.

I read the previous negative review and must have encountered the server she referred to last Sunday. I ordered a bottle of water and she was abrupt and seemed annoyed by my request. I’m usually a fan of sushi hubs but the service at this location has always been subpar with very grim looking staff that not very friendly or helpful.. all of which I’ve been able to overlook for good sushi. However, on my visit today, there were multiple fruit flies hovering by and on the nigiri’s as we made our order and it was just so unsanitary.
