Was starving and this was the closest place. Usually I turn to my phone to check reviews but my phone had run out of battery so I took a punt and tried this place. I'm glad I did!!! Sorry friendly service and awesome, yummy food!!! I will be back again for sure. Thanks so much!!!

The chef tells me that tuna is red… since I’ve been eating tuna sashimi for 30+ years, and have never seen it “bleed” into my noodles or rice, and I know that tuna is red, I figured I’d ask if anyone here has an explanation for these images.

This local Japanese sushi train serves consistently tasty and fresh food. The staff are warm and friendly. You can also order off the menu for a la carte and to top it off, they offer a loyalty card. Table seating or sit at sushi train 🍣

The vegetarian options on the train were not at all fresh- you could tell by sight and taste it was sitting there for a while. I had the asparagus and avocado- nothing worth talking about. The Sushi was quite narrow and did not have much for what it was priced for.

Don’t bother with the agedashi tofu- it’s not silken tofu like it’s supposed to be.

Amazing and disappointing how when I asked for a vegan salad dressing on a all vegetable salad they could not do it- I’m not vegan, but I think someone who was and had little options would find that quite unaccommodating.

Not to mention, while not absolute I’m pretty certain it’s the sushi that caused the food poisoning….

It is not a place is ever go to again. Go across the road to Brown Rice- though their menu is smaller it’s far fresher and better. Or go to sushi train in rose bay for a train- they outdo...

We arrived at the restaurant and waited to get a table. After getting a table for 4, we started eating from the train. The manager came to us after a bit and asked her if other people were coming. We politely said yes, they got late and were parking. The manager then rudely told us that “there are other people waiting, you can’t just sit here”. We were shocked as we were having food for 15 minutes already. Maybe by her standards we did not order enough food?!??! She outright told us off loud and walked away. We were shocked by the attitude! Maybe people should stop eating at this restaurant. FYI, we were were a group of 4 with kids. The manager disrespected us when our should had food in the mouth chewing! Appalling. Honestly, not worth the treatment or the atmosphere. Money hungry greedy business who...

Not my first time at the restaurant. Reluctant to post negative review, but necessary. Sushi - good, from order. Far superior to “sushi train” in bondi junction which attracts an audience. For The purists, the sushi (to order) is good and good value. However, the venue betrays itself on its staff and service. Rude, inattentive and neglectful. I’ve had this experience on 3 visits now and this is not a one off. I am a customer and expect to be treated with a level of cuorestey, contempt and quality. Every occasion this has been lacking. So...
