I had breakfast at White Rabbit. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive to our needs. I ordered an extra hot flat white, but it was warm. I would have preferred it to be hotter. I ordered poached eggs with mushrooms, halloumi cheese, salmon, and toast. The butter came on the side, which was good and as requested. The mushrooms were prepared with chili and fish sauce, but I didn’t like the taste; however, I’m sure it would appeal to others. Nice brunch cafe in the heart of Double Bay. Service is fast and friendly. Fresh ingredients in dishes. XO chilli scramble was tasty but I was expecting a bit more spice/heat. Bangers and beans only had 1 sausage, which I thought was a little stingy. Breakfast burger was very tasty with the hash brown. Kids chicken schnitty was enjoyable.
