Return to try an old favourite since George St cinema branch closed many years ago - I’m happy - especially after a $9 stubbie of Asahi “dry” beer which tasted more bitter against the mild taste of raw fish compared to stronger tasting ramen when the beer tasted more mild. Anyhoo - happy with this, temperature and taste fine for me (call me sashimi expert) so all good in the hood with this. Indonesian Chinese staff taking about chasing girls only disturbing to those paying attention to that. Rice falling apart if you want to call that a problem [second] we came again - happy again. Going again again today. [third] arrived in a bad mood, so not hungry - today the wasabi (horseradish) paste seemed strange - one pack was not enough in my soy sauce plate, but two packs burned my mouth, so that taste not quite right. Indonesian staff standing talking to each other close behind us felt disturbing and intrusive - yes it's a narrow walkway but staff too-happily chatting are not paying attention...

Staff seems ok, they will ask if you want chopstick and napkins for take away, at least the staff asked me. That's good because I don't use them. Less waste. There is enough vegetarian option, Avocado and asparagus, burdock, cucumber, seeweed, all these selections are small portion, average around 3.50 to 5 dollars for tiny 6 pieces. So you at least want 3 plates/ choices. Deep fried tempura of vegetables are same oil as seafood and chicken, so won't recommend you get that. That's not strictly vegan. Although come to think of it, I don't think the chef washes their hand when they finish making sashimi then make vegetarian rolls, 🤔. Best go to vegan only places which is...

When I got to eat, the waitress was super rude. I ordered my food and it didn't arrive. I spoke to the waitress and she said, "I'm going to see what's going on," while all the cooks were talking and cleaning. I spoke to the waitress again after waiting 35 minutes for 2 plates of sushi and a drink and she said, "I'm going to ask," and I didn't ask anyone. When the cook asked me if everything was okay and I explained, she said, "I'm sorry we didn't see your order." What kind of service are you giving? Apparently, the waitress doesn't like her job. The girl is very rude and...

I've come here a number of times and generally the food has been quite good, although sometimes the things you'll pick up from the train or order might not be fresh. They have a nice selection of tempura, sushi rolls & rice cakes going around the train and the tofu here can be either hit or miss. If you come here on a good day you wont be disappointed but sometimes the things they'll serve might have been sitting out for a while and the taste will reflect that.

Came here while staying in Sydney. Prices are on the higher end, but the fish is fresh and delicious. The scallops were soft and amazing, with the Wagyu Nigiri being buttery and a perfect end to the dinner. The atmosphere is great with the belt going around the sushi bar. They also offer at seat online ordering in case you don't see what you want on the belt. Would highly recommend for anyone that has never had conveyer belt sushi before.

Sushi Train at Bondi Junction is a fun and friendly place to eat at any time of the day. The staff greet everyone as they walk in and again all yell out goodbyes as you leave. It’s really fun. The plates of food that role past are plentiful with lots of variety. You can even get yummy desserts and fruit bowls. The sushi chefs are constantly making dishes in the centre so you can see everything is freshly made.
