Sushiway Narrabeen — Restaurant in Sydney

Unfortunately this restaurant has gone downhill....maybe a new owner or understaffed?

We have been coming here for a few years now, and unfortunately wont return. Our experience last Friday was pretty sub-par. The restaurant was VERY messy, almost every table was empty but piled high with dirty plates, napkins, glasses.

The sushi on the conveyor belt was old and small portions. When we ordered something off the menu, we were given the wrong items. Again those were very small portions.

Took 10-15 mins to get attention from any staff to help us.

Sad, as it was a good sushi train to come to - less busy than dee why. I guess i know why it isnt...

I had the tonkotsu ramen, and I thought it was very good. However, there wasn't as much meat as I would have liked and there was quite a lot of fat. Also, the menu outside says the the plain udon is $9.80 and adding a meat of your choice brings it up to $13.80, which the menu on the inside says the plain udon is $13.80 and adding a meat of your choice brings it to $15.80. Even though I didn't get the udon, I thought that might be something to fix up. Otherwise, everything overall was...

Our family of 4 went to the new Sushiway Sushi train in Narrabeen for lunch today (Friday 4th Jan 2019). The food was fantastic! Its great to have a sushi train at last in Narra and the food was perhaps better then the Sushi Train on Dee Why Beach which our family likes as well. A great variety of choices, friendly staff and until 13th Jan, ALL plates are only $3.50. I think we might go back again for lunch...
