Although food in this place was pretty delicious, the customer service was absolutely terrible!
Me and my mom booked a table at 7.40pm, we came on time and was waiting about 25 minutes to order food (we were ready to order in 5 minutes, coz we eat the same thai meals all the time), but unfortunately the waitress pretended not to notice us and continued to serve only those people who came for take away food! However, we came early then those all people!!!
Question: why do we need to book a table if people who come for take away food are in preference in this restaurant??? For me it is really strange! Maybe you can explain this?
... Only when I got up from the table and came to her with the menu, only then did the waitress pay attention to me. Finally, she came to us to make a order... And what happened - she said that it is a huge queue and we should wait at least 30minutes to get our food.... Ok, I said, but was really frustrated... We decided go for a walk with my mom... In 35 minutes we ce back and finally got our Thai food " Congratulations ".
To sum up, we spant at least one hour to finally get food. And at the end of this nice journey 😅 we asked to provide us with take away boxes and it was surprisingly that waitress asked extra $1, 5 per ech box. It was ridiculous because it was first time when in a cafe or restaurant, whatever! waitress asked money for that... Okay, of course I will pay, your "rules", but the waitress said many times " Are you disappointed " Of coz I am, but instead ARGUING with me and trying to prove me something may be it is good idea to provide adequate customer service???? Just elementary not to argue with customer and say SORRY for that?!
Please, try to teach your waitres to be polite and provide nice customer service for people who visit your place, at least to say sorry!
I am pretty sure that I won't come to this place anymore, not because of food (food was really nice), but because of your customer service!!!

Read moreI went to buy food with my daughters, at first I asked for take away and my daughters told me they preferred to eat in the restaurant, so I spoke with one of the girls who was serving, and she told me that it was not possible because the prices and sizes were different. My little 5 year old daughter started crying because she really wanted to eat in the restaurant so I told the woman that I had no problem paying the difference and ordering more things, she told me that it was not possible, I told her that at last I would go outside, she said no, I told her why not if the restaurant was empty and I would pay the difference, that my daughter was crying to which she replied: IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM!
